Airport transfer and friendly helpful staff who could converse in English.The facilities were of a high standard.

We did not receive fresh towels everyday. Our room was not serviced after our 1st night, and on subsequent days the room was serviced very late in the day, after 2pm. I would prefer not to share a bathroom so I would request an en-suit next time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice and clean. I also liked the breakfast and the Lavazza coffee.

The entrance is in the back of a building and not very easy to find. Also the staircase of the house doesn't look so good but once we were in the hotel it's very nice

It's close to a metro station, the famous Abai Theatre and a supermarket, making everything very convenient.

Very nice , modern hotel, clean, friendly staff. Location was good. Fairly central with a 15-30 minute walk to sites. Probably a much nicer walk in the warmer weather. Overall good stay.

Shuttle from airport was only "free" one way even though it said free airport shuttle with three nights stay. It seems obvious I would expect a roundtrip shuttle if I was being picked up at the airport. Also And this is the design of the the hotel, I had a room literally right in front of the reception desk. I would guess less than 10 feet from my door to the desk. It was noisy from the reception area and a bathroom and cleaning supply closet right outside my door. (literally). The staff did not seem to realize how noisy they were. Perhaps you can request a room farther from the reception desk. Also the hotel is not visible from the street on the front side. It has a small nondescript door in the back that is a little difficult to spot without a guide or a taxi/driver who knows this specific hotel.

I liked that the beds were hard (finally!). And thanks to the hotel for a free shuttle from airport - valid when you stay more than 3 nights. Note that breakfast is served not in the hotel, but downstairs in a nearby cafe.

Staff is very friendly, location also very good, we stayed for one night and it was very comfortable.

It's a perfectly situated family hotel in the heart of Almaty in "province" style. This hotel leaves you an impression of your own home comfort and hospitality! Must stay in it!

They provided the best services ever. Also, their staff is helpful and lovely eventhought they are not good in English. Best design of the room and toliet. Fabulous!

It's a minihotel with 4 rooms in a converted apartment, so it's very peaceful. It's a family business and the owners are extremely friendly, helpful and nice (also speak good English), so after some time I felt like I was staying with friends. Location is perfect in a pleasant area, everything in central Almaty is walking distance. The rooms are stylish, comfortable and very clean, with all the amenities necessary. Wifi signal is strong and reliable. Coffee and tea are available at the 24-hour reception, snacks and drinks from the minibar, and there is a good 24-hour supermarket just around the corner. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay there again.

Don't expect the facilities of a large hotel (I didn't mind at all, but potential travellers need to be aware that D'Rami is more like a guesthouse or a B&B)..

A nice small 4 room hotel, there are two room with an on suite apartment. Centrally located to bars, resteraunts and a stores.

It is difficult to find and tucked away. The hotel is a converted appartment in a old soviet build. Security maybe of a concern although the main building was secure.

Excellent location, pleasant staff, good wi-fi signal. Also very well priced compared to other locations in the city.

Friendly not too big hotel. It was opened this year, and consequently the furniture and facilities were all nice and new. it is very well located. I liked the wide windowsills. Air conditioning was there, tv and other.

A bit difficult was bathroom outside our room, but some other rooms had an adjoining bathroom.

D'Rami was a very guesthouse. I would not call it a hotel since it is very small and family run, but the rooms are hotel quality. Everything seems very new and clean but withou losing charm or character. The was very friendly and helpful. Probably bet of all, D'Rami has an excellent central location, very near the opera house. I followed Lonely Planet's walking tour and the hotel is right in the middle of the tour, making it easy to walk to both ends of the sightseeing part of town. Additionally, there is an excellent Western style supermarket on the corner only a minute's walk from the hotel, that include a bakery and some take-away food options.

Although I very much enjoyed my stay at D'Rami, the price was more than I wanted to pay. I also didn't realize when I booked the hotel that I'd booked a room with shared bth. When I arrived, the staff upgraded my room but I paid more than originally planned. I can't really compare the hotel value to other options in Almaty, but for Western standards, I think D'Rami is an acceptable value.

D'Rami is small family hotel in residence building. It is with excellent location on one of main boulevards only few minutes walking from main sightseeing points. It is very new. The staff was very helpful. Extreme good value for money.

The sign of the hotel is not visible from the boulevards.

Трансфер, внимательный персонал, чистота, быстрый интернет, соотношение цена/качество. Отдельное спасибо хозяевам отеля - решат практически любые ваши проблемы. Рядом много кафешек - с питанием проблем никаких. Из кафе приносят завтраки в номер. Если/когда снова поедем в Алматы - остнавливаемся только здесь!

Отель превосходный. Мне все в этом отеле очень понравилось. Начиная с личной встречи на вокзале, и ежедневным вниманием. Чисто, уютно, комфортно. Особая благодарность Бибигуль и всей команде гостиницы. Обязательно буду рекомендовать это отель своим близким и друзьям.
