location is not bad, not far from the airport and there is a nice park close by. free wifi

facilities of the hotel; no adapters available; to take a shower you have to wait 1 hour before the water will turn warm; after asking to fix the problem the shower stopped working completely; no shower curtain; the general impression is that everything you touch is about to break. on a check out I paid cash and with credit card, they didn't give me check for the cash I paid, but only the CC slip. Also the invoice only shows total summary, it is not detailed, so you don't know exactly what are you paying for. Double check your bill and ask for details upon check out.

Renion was perfect for us. The room was clean and comfortable, the kitchenette very convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and spoke very good English. The location was also great. An easy walk to Panfilov Park and many cafes and restaurants. It was also only a few blocks from the Green Bazaar and other shopping areas, so it was really perfect for our city trip. The breakfast in the morning was really good. While it was nothing particularly fancy, it did have a wide selection of breakfasts foods.

The bed was pretty hard.

Very nice place. I had a suit of two rooms + kitchen for a very good price.

The wifi was random at times and the breakfast could use some pimping.

Especially the hotel staff is competent and very kind.

The quality of the breakfast could be better.

Son emplacement proche du centre ville. Des chambres grandes avec une petite cuisine avec tous les ustensiles nécessaires. Bon petit déjeuner. Un service à la carte qui permet de dépanner si vous n'avez pas envie d'aller manger dehors.. C'est bon !! Le personnel est très gentil, juste que peu parle anglais.... Hotel confortable, tranquille bon rapport qualité prix... à quelques détails pres...

Le lit !!! Grand, çà c'est tres bien, sauf ..... que les draps sont prévus pour lit 1 personne... Difficile de dormir à deux dans ses conditions ^^ Le fait d'avoir peu de personne qui parle anglais est dans ce pays une difficulté pour y séjourner. Pas de possibilité de change non-plus ni de faciliter pour pouvoir découvrir la ville et les environs avec l'aide de l’hôtel.

Sauberkeit, die Zimmer werden nur grob gereinigt In der Übergangszeit wurde zum Heizen ein Radiator gestellt da die Zentralheizung (über Fernwärme) noch nicht aktiv ist.

очень удобное расположение близость к парку Горького, другое посмотреть не успели.

В номере люкс не предусмотрена бесплатная питьевая вода, чай, кофе, что в принципе уже есть в самых простых отелях.

ничего особенного.

проблемы с горячей водой в летнее время. для того, чтобы пошла горячая вода необходимо было открывать кран за 30-40 (!) минут. а рано утром даже это не помогало.

Frühstück war nicht soo toll.

Das Hotel ist Top. Personal ist sehr freundlich und erfüllen alle Wünsche.

Gibt nichts zu meckern außer das Frühstück. Man wird zwar satt aber die Auswahl könnte größer sein.

Советую провести своё время в этом отеле. Всё понравилось: местоположение, прекрасный номер, тишина, обслуживание. Мы остались довольны.

Шведский стол на завтрак - слабоват. Поэтому лучше спросить у официантов "горячее меню". Мы заказывали кашу и омлет (компоненты можно выбрать в меню по желанию).

расположение отеля близко в деловому центру. приветливость персонала.просторность номеров.

в ванной комнате неудобное расположение душевого крепления. перепады в обеспечении горячей воды. недостаток локального освещения в спальной комнате и в салоне. подбор телевизионных программ однообразен. недостаток информационных программ на французском, русском и итальянском языках.

Номер был просторный. Хорошее месторасположение.

Завтрак оставляет желать лучшего (мало выбора). WiFi пропадал каждые 2-3 минуты, что было очень неудобно. Освещение в ванной комнате темное. Персонал на ресепшн не осведомлен о промоушене на booking.com - а именно поздний выезд (до 14:00 дня), хотя в день заезда я предупредила о позднем выезде, на следующий день девушка на ресепшн сказала, что время чек аут у них 12:00.

Good size room with good facilities. Good breakfast included in room price. We had a 'suite' with a small kitchen and living room - good value. Comfortable bed and quiet and efficient air con.

Very limited plates, bowls etc. in the 'kitchen' - just one of each. No shower curtain or screen, so water went everywhere. Location is a little far from the main streets, but this is a very minor point.

Spacious room, with separate large bedroom, little kitchen with everything you may need - very helpful when you need a quick snack and don't have time to go out for a proper meal.

The driveway did not look too inviting due to unfinished pavement, though there were no signs of road works whatsoever. No proper coffee for breakfast, just instant coffee powder, but this is my personal demand.

Er was een irritant achtergrond geluid dat ergens van de gang kwam (afkomstig van Airconditioning, Water leiding of iets dergelijks) Verder was het douche water 'smorgens vroeg (4. a.m.) nog niet echt goed warm.

работа администратора на ресепшн и сотрудника, встречающего гостя и помогающего с размещением в номере. администратор работал безукоризненно, старался немедленно удовлетворить пожелания клиента.

спальня в номере. жалюзи на окнах неопрятные и пропускают свет. матрас исключительно жесткий. в ресторане неуютно и не очень вкусно приготовленная еда, скудный выбор десертов.
