The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The room though small was comfortable, fresh and very clean. The evening meal at the restaurant was not good value and the service was impersonal and abrupt. No effort was made by the staff to make our meal enjoyable. There was no Kazakh beer available only imported.

заказовала 204 номер на 2 этаже но не было нам дали 103 комнату это номер на первом этаже все слышно,мы этот раз не довольны вашим сервизом.Следуший раз дайте подверждение о заказоном нами конкретного номера.

ничего вонь в фойе - там упокоился волк в виде чучела.жарко в номерах.постоянные стоны спаривающихся постояльцев.большая приветственная пачка презервативов.

отличный отель.чисто, уютно, тихо, все необходимое. завтраки...высокому уровню отеля совсем не соответствуют бедные завтраки.обслуживание крайне медленное, еда мало съедобна, отказались даже принести воды (вместо включенного в завтрак сока/кофе).

Direkt gegenüber ist eine Bank zum Geldwechseln. Zimmerservice gratis WLAN sehr freundliches Personal (gute Englischkenntnisse) Fernsehr hatte keinen USB Anschluss für meine Festplatte zum Abspielen meiner Filme. Zentrum ist leider etwas weiter entfernt, mit einem Taxi aber günstig und schnell zu erreichen.
