Прекрасный и доброжелательный персонал, отличные номера. Ужасный Wi-Fi, в спальне вообще не работает. Берет только в коридоре.

The staff is very friendly and trying very hard to please you. Kazakh people are very friendly and will always go to the limits to assist you - this hotel's staff is a perfect example of Kazakh hospitality. Location is nice and is basically quite close to cafes and restaurants. Horrible lack of taste of architecture, decorations, style and elegance. Definitely hardly a 4 star hotel. My rooms carried a disgusting smell of some sort of chemicals which I believe is vapor from plastic doors/floors or whatever - I could hardly stay in my room and spend most of the time on the balcony or outside. Rooms are cleaned formally and lots of dirt can be found throughout.
