As I've stayed at 8th floor (the highest one) there was always very hot in the room - +35C, despite outside temperature was -15C. The staff could not do anything to reduce the temperature, because of mistakes during construction I suppose. All this time my balcony door was open...

несколько раз за морозили деньги на карте. потом сняли еще сумму, а те что заморозили так и висят в минусе! не вернулись пока. первый раз с таким столкнулся!

месторасположение отвратительный, ленивый персонал,отсутствие машины,закрепленной на целый день, нежелание персонала помочь,или хотя бы постараться выйти из сложившейся ситуации.Никто ничего не помнит/не знает,найти крайнего невозможно
