Clean, spacious room. Good interior. Attractive price. Would recommend to transit visitors who need to spend a night waiting for their further flight Staff is somewhat restrained, they need to be more enthusiastic about their clients, not to say they were rude but no courtesy at all. Location is neither much good.

Дружественный персонал, хорошая кухня Местоположение просто ужас. Темный небезопасный район, в округе ничего нет. В отеле нет обменника. Мало людей. Осталось ощущение "мертвого" отеля

Hotel moderno a 10 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto dotato di camere grandi e pulite, anche il bagno è decisamente spazioso. Al ristorante abbiamo atteso un pò prima di essere serviti ma data l'ora tarda è anche comprensibile che il personale fosse a ranghi ridotti, abbiamo comunque mangiato bene.

Hotel is very good. Hotel have nice, clean, comfotable rooms. Restaurant is enough. Hotel personel is very nice. And they like to help quess. Maybe brakfast some not enough. Hotel standart brakfast have 4 monu. If you dont want rich monu, it is enough. I dont know Kazakhstan foods but maybe braekfast can be some choose. Taxi is very big problem.

Comfortable, spacious standard rooms. Attractive dining room and reception areas. Good value. Location - not near anything except airport. Without arranged transport, you have a problem, although several bus routes stop nearby, the Almaty bus system is virtually intractable to foreigners. Taxis can be awkward too.
