The staff members were all very friendly. The hotel is new and beautiful. There was very little hotel guest and during our 6 days there, we had only come across a couple on our first day and a Grandma with her two grandchildren on our 5th day there. It was like having the whole hotel for ourselves!

It is in a remote area and inconvenient to get around. We had to book for taxi in advance and might sometimes have to wait for an hour for the taxi. The hotel is seriously understaff. The same man acted as bell boy, receptionist as well as waiter in the restaurants. The only other female staff at the reception (who didn't understand English) was also the char lady making our bed and cleaning up our room! Apart from the female 'Boss', there were only a GM who was the only person in the hotel who understood English, and a night manager whom we rarely meet. There might be a few more security guards and that's all for this grand hotel with 250 rooms! We had a choice of the 3 restaurants but would be the only patrons and served with whatever available. Just forget the menu! Oh, breakfast would be served at 10am or thereafter unless special request made. On that occasion, to my surprise, I found all 3 restaurants plus the reception desk and indeed the whole lobby were empty at 9 am!
