Spotless, good value. The staff don't speak, English, but are friendly. The room was recently decorated. This is a conveniently located budget hotel. checkout times were negotiable, and staff are willing to help to arrange taxi's. No English speakers available. The room is very hot, when the CH is on. As the central heating is on full blast for the whole building. All in all I would definitely recommend this hotel, as a good budget hotel.

встретили очень доброжелательно.рядом находится арбат, магазины, транспорт под носом, куча разных кафе и ресторанов. номера очень комфортные и чистые. самое главное не дорогие. на удивление, оказалось что сутки проживания считаются по факту т.е. например заехал в 18.00 и выехать можешь не до 14.00 как в других отелях, а так же в 18.00. единственный минус, отсутствие кухни. можно было бы сделать какой нибудь мини буфет.

Personel güler yüzlü. Odaları temiz. Otelin dış görünümü berbat, bakımsız. Kablosuz ağ odada iyi çekmiyor. Kredi kartı ödemesi yok. Ayrıca konaklama ücreti yüksek. Yeri gelmişken dikkatli olun, Almatı Havalimanından şehir merkezine taksimetre 7500 Tenge tutuyor. Asla pazarlıksız binmeyin. Dönüş için 1500 tenge ödeyince durumu anlarsınız:-)

понравилось место расположение отеля, номер чистый, уютный, очень тихо, хотя окна выходят на проезжую часть деревья скрывают шум.персонал вежливый хотелось бы иметь в отеле информацию как добраться до известных достопримечательностей города, маршруты автобусов и троллейбусов

Место расположение. Весь центр можно пройти пешком. Рядом находится автобусная остановка.жили в люксе, чистый, уютный номер. Фена нет, утюга и чайника нет, но все приносили по запросу. Завтрака так же нет. Но рядом есть магазины и кафе. Заявленного трансфера нет. Цена оказалась немного выше чем на booking.com и не соответствие типов номеров. Заказывали полулюкс, фактически это был люкс.

Although credit cards were said to be accepted in their booking.com page, the reception told "no". She never tried to take any responsibility to that, it really upset me.
