hospitality is good. The administrator is helpful for arranging taxi etc
Yet the telephone number and e-mail id., provided does not belong to the hotel itself- it reaches to their main office. Not good to communicate even though I am a Russian language speaker. Time taking
Value for money, location is quite good.
it is located in ground floor of renovated old sscb building. There is no safe in the room. Still key are being used rather than electronic card system. No credit card payment is acceptable.
A room was clean.
Although Booking Com informed that this hotel provide shuttle service by required, they answered that they have no shuttle service when my business partner asked them. And no one can't use English.
The room was small, but really really comfy, big bed for one person, clean sheets and nice shower room. Wi-fi worked good and staff was very responsive.
The sound proofing was really bad and i heard people moving around and slamming doors and talking at 3-4 am (staff). Also I havent seen security guys even at night.
It's a nice, clean, comfortable place close to the Green Bazaar. One can easily access many majors sights. I was happy with the location, the staff was nice.
It's harsh if you have luggage. A taxi can't get close enough to the entrance, so we had to drag our stuff. The hotel staff helped us, yet it was difficult. Also there is no food service/cafeteria, only a kettle. They took cash only, not that convenient for me since I do prefer using my visa instead of carrying cash.
Don't provide: Airport shuttle (free)
Rooms are newly decorated looks like good 3* hotel. Very clean. WiFi available. Good price. Within walking distance to the main attractions. I checked in at 15.30 and was allowed to check-out 15.30 for the same price.
Sound proof isolation is poor, therefore all noisy neighbors were disturbing during the night. The hotel situated on the ground floor of living house, therefore it looks like a hostel. No breakfast available. Situated in the noisy street.
It is quite near to the city center like Zhibek Zhol Street, Panfilov Park and Green Bazaar. Nearby restaurant serves good Georgian dishes.
Sometimes noisy. Seems locals live upstairs. Walls and floors are thin, and they slam the doors, step with bumps and watch TV very loudly.
persistent moaning during one hour on a Friday morning, upon arrival after a 20 hour trip
