The hotel features one of the best traditional design of the region with a luxury twist. Spotless rooms and state-of-the-art spa facilities and excellent Bali therapists Staff are very poorly trained. Especially spa attendants and restaurants waiters. Ask unpleasant private questions to woman, don't bring the food on time, answer back to remarks, on-the-phone while serving breakfast, ect...

,Понравилось все, горный воздух, природа. Приятный дизайн отеля, номера. Отличная кухня , и конечно , СПА ! Суперски справили серебрянный юбилей !!

Расположение близкое к Медео и Чембулак но удобно при наличии автомобиля. Кругом горные пейзажи чистый воздух, богатые номера. Все вышеперечисленное портит персонал. Такое впечатление что их набирали в ауле, ну очень не понятливые. Завтрак в 7 приходим в 8-12 , все холодное некоторые лотки пусты. Начинаем интересоваться и узнаем " Мы не успеваем" Нигде нет информации, что можно заказать яичницу или омлет причем с добавлением как бекона так и помидоров. Правда на завтра кончились яйца. Да и вот история с кофе-машиной почти анекдот - " Извините на завтрак сегодня можем предложить только растворимый кофе, машина в ремонте" спрашиваем когда вернут сегодня или завтра ответ: не знаем уже месяц как в ремонте. Во общем провели 6 дней без эспрессо и капучино.
