Hotel staff speak some English and were always ready to help. Internet was working though not that fast. Plenty good enough for email and updating a blog. Uploading full size photos though takes time. Swimming pool available to guests. Restaurant food was good though a little pricy. Breakfast was good....by Kazak standards. The 2 down sides; the proximity of a busy road junction with large indoor shopping area and an outdoor bazaar. Surprizingly, the noise does not penetrate into the peace of the hotel so could be seen as a plus for those needing the shops nearby. The other one is that its not near the centre of Almaty. This was fine for my needs but may not suite some.

The hotel is interesting and has its own well cared for gardens. Breakfast buffet is well stocked, the staff helped us by letting us take 2 plates as we had an early flight. Whilst you are out of the city centre buses run til 10, cost very little, used 120 303, the taxis will charge about 1500 kzt to get across town to the botanical gardens. Around the hotel is a local shopping precinct for food, a short bus ride to the major,"RH I nok " or bizaar for clothes mainly. There are no in room hot drink facilities. The rooms near the pool get music from the attached restruant from 9 to 12am (guests are requested to turn down tv after 11. This was 3rd stay, first was excellent because of price, prices have risen 30%, with no change in facilities (seasonal change?). Had a few problems in their attached restaurant, bad pork, and after 9 you are charged for live music, we moved tables to get away from it but still got charged 400kzt.

Good transport location. Very close to the airport. Beds are very comfortable. Room was dusty, untidily. We also had water drain problems in shower.

Удобный и уютный номер. Хорошее соотношение цена- качество, и цена достаточно низкая для Алматы, а к качеству вообще претензий нет. Оригинальный дизайн - не дорогой, но все же очень симпатичный, типа деревенский стиль- дерево, ковка, натуральный ткани, неровные стены. При этом номер оборудован всем необходимым и вполне современным оборудованием - сантехника, телевизор, холодильник, сейф, Wifi. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Не плохой завтрак в уютной обстановке. Не очень удобное расположение.

Отличный персонал, очень уютные номера, отличный вариант для транзитных пассажиров К сожалению в нашем номере отсутствовала меню карта и не все блюда доступны в обед, например шашлык(( оч хотелось

Vriendelijk personeel, airco, heerlijk zwembad (waar je als hotelgast gratis van gebruik van kan maken). Gratis Wifi Zwembad was onverwachts twee keer 's avonds dicht, hier was personeel niet van op de hoogte. Eenvoudig ontbijt.

приветливый персонал. наличие в холе гостиницы удобных скамеек и столиков. можно выходить поработать с ноутбуком. а вот отсутствие там розеток - плохо. после уборки комнаты иногда оставалось грязное полотенце для рук. в номере присутствует инвентарь для ухода за обувью. среди него была тряпка для протирки обуви. когда я в первый день протер, ее в этот же день уборщица и убрала. в замен положить забыла. WiFi работает очень плохо. системный администратор постоянно что-то делает, чтобы работало. створка окна в номере провисла и требует регулировки.

Что хорошо: близость к аэропорту (25 мин. на общ. транспорте), цена, закрытая отдельная территория отеля с большим рестораном и большой бассейн. Если прилетаете на один день, то вполне вменяемый вариант.Кондиционер, TV, WiFi и т.п. все работает нормально. Плохо: расположен в не очень приличном районе (рядом барахолка, частный сектор...), довольно далеко до достопримечательностей (30-50 мин. на общ. транспорте), завтрак НИКАКОЙ.

ничего. так как они мне пере звонили и сообщили, что сайт booking.com ошибочно предложил мне низкую цену. мало того когда я разговаривал с рецепшн так девушка мне заявила: " почему вы написали неправильно цену в своей заявки на бронь", таким образом они даже не имеют представление как формируется выставление брони, что клиент не может сам вписать цену или сделать корректировку. а удовлетворительно я поставил потому, что они хоть после моего звонка им на подтверждения сразу сообщили, что цена в 2 раза выше, а не сделали это по факту моего приезда. а потом дали официальное подтверждение мне письмом что бронь моя снята

Очень хороший отель. Располагает к отдыху, особенно после трудового дня, если находишься в командировке или по делам бизнеса. Отель расположен в живописном месте, вокруг много зелени, деревьев, кустов. Радует дизайн, мебель из дерева, напоминает деревенскую обстановку. Правда - далековато от центра, но можно вызвать такси из отеля. Персонал отеля очень доброжелательный, номер чистый и комфортный. Пребывание в этом отеле мне пришлось по душе. Спасибо!

Obwoh das Hotel doch in einer recht verkehrsreichen Gegend liegt, ist es ausgesprochen ruhig und erholsam zum Übernachten. as zugehörige Restaurant ist sehr empfehlenswert. Zum Airport braucht man je nach Verkehrslage/Tageszeit, zwichen 25 und 45 min. Kein Grund zur Klage, Frühstück ist etwas einseitig, aber für Kasachstan normal.

Хотелът е хубав На втория етаж не идва топла вода, персонала е много ама много разсеян и не особено квалифициран, най-вече имам предвид администраторката Анура. Резервацията ми от сайта не беше открита при тях, за таксито за което уж си записаха, че ми трябва за летището, в крайна сметка бе поръчано в последния момент, защото се оказа, че няма такъв запис, чакам три дена за фактура за две стаи, защото забравиха да ми направят такива при напускането на хотела. Въобще - администратор казашка - пълен провал на начинанието - добро обслужване. По принцип казахите са мързеливи и не особено умни, така че не се надявайте на качествено обслужване.
