The hotel itself is great, the room is nice and well equipped. The bathroom was also quite nice and big. The price of a room didn't include VAT! That was a bit of a bummer!:(

The friendliness of the staff. They are always there willing to help you in any need you may have! I go often to Almaty and stay always in this hotel because they make me feel at home!

Very nice older design hotel renovated and modern inside. Very nice staff that spoke good English. Great breakfast buffet Many marble and granite steps not only at the entrance but down to the conversation centers in reception and up to the elevators. My husband who has limited vision fell head first down the marble steps after emerging from the elevator. No railings or edge marks on steps. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone with physical limitations. This is a problem throughout Kazakhstan. Marble or granite steps, no rails.

The reception staff spoke english which is a major plus in a country where every few speaks english. I was allowed to check out at 2.30 until any hassle. The actual gym is small but the sauna and the steam room is very good. There was no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. This is a major fault for a 5 star hotel. Also there is only steps going up to the hotel. There needs to be a ramp so that you can wheel up your luggage or for people in wheel chairs.

Spa facilities were really good. Modern design, spacious rooms, big variety of food to choose from for breakfast. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful with excellent English skills. Curtains in the room were very hard to pull and did not block the light from the street.

Симпатичная чистая spa-зона, хороший бассейн, сауна. В жизни не видела таких пяти заезд, караул. Ужасная слышимость, комнатка на деле крохотная, сантехника не работает - у меня был самый настоящий потоп, тапочки по комнате плавали! Мебель подуставшая. В ресторане три дня заказывала одно и то же блюдо - и каждый раз оно было разным( на просьбу принести блинчики с икрой было сказано, что икра закончилась (она продается в соседнем супермаркете, если что). Один раз и вовсе принесли мороженую рыбу, из морозилки... Записалась в спа-зону к косметологу - два дня мне трезвонили как подорванные (перебивая, извините, сон и секс) и говорили, что "косметолог еще не подошел, мы перезвоним". Он, кстати, так и не объявился - вопрос, зачем тогда запись?.. Какое-то нелепое место - за эти-то деньги. На одну ночь в командировке - ок, на большее - нет.

хорошие, просторные номера с удобными кроватями и санузлом, бассейн, тренажерный зал, сауна, хамам - бесплатно для постояльцев с 7 до 22. приличный завтрак. плохая звукоизоляция через двери номера (неплотные) и окна. завтрак только до 10 утра (не очень удобно для европейцев и москвичей из-за разницы по часовым поясам).

Hotel robi dobre wrażenie - jest ładny z zewnątrz I wewnątrz. Obsługa bardzo miła I pomocna. Usługa podwiezienia na lotnisku nie dużo droższa niż taksówką miejską.

Room and bed were nice and comfortable. Good location. Typical Soviet/kazak hotel service and attitude. Grunting is the only reaction from staff. Zero couertesy or manners. Bar is like a morgue.
