The bathroom was clean and the room service was excellent, including maid service. The desk personnel were unfriendly. Breakfast service was misrepresented as even a second cup of coffee was not allowed. I will likely never stay there again and will recommend that my friends do not either.

The staff at Torgay were very nice, and helpful. I enjoyed staying there. There is a restaurant downstairs in the basement with good food, and there is a Kazkom bank ATM right next to the hotel.

I rang room service to ask for an extra towel and blanket. They arrived within 5 minutes.As to location, there are also several good restaurants down the road. Using this website I booked a double room for two people. On arrival I was informed that the price was "actually" only for one person and so we paid an extra fee for the second person. I don't know whether this is the hotel trying to make extra money or if there was a mistake in their booking.com info. Instead of 11,000tg it was 13,000tg.
