Great value, super helpful staff, great breakfasts, the view, ASTANA!!, cleanliness, the swimming pool, the handy well-stocked shop, short walk to major attractions, washing machine. Too hot in apartment and couldn't control temperature. Some beds were rather hard.

best value for money ever in the former soviet union! a bit too hot in the apartment, but not a problem with minus 35 celcius outside. simply open the window for 5 minutes and the problem is fixed :-)

Location to most things on the south bank is good, The Kahn Shantyr is very close. Spacious appartments, big breakfast every morning brought to the front door. It's Kazakhstan build, meaning that certain things will not work or will not work properly, but that's in all buildings in Astana.

La relative proximité du centre ville. Le personnel qui vous accueille est sympa mais ne parle pas anglais (ni le taxi, ni l'agence). Les prestations supplémentaires demandées ( taxi pour se rendre à un endroit) sont plus chères que convenues, l'heure du rendez vous pour le départ à l'aéroport non respecté..

Verlässliche WiFi-Verbindung. Großzügige Räume und Möbel. Hochwertige und angenehme Fußböden. &Quot;Tante-Emma"-Laden im Gebäude. Freundliches und I. W. entgegenkommendes Personal. Guter und flexibler Transfer vom und zum Flughafen. Geräumige Küche mit guter Grundausstattung. I. W. gute Erreichbarkeit der Mitarbeiter. Mangelhafte Kleinausstattung (insbesondere, da es sich um Kleinwohnungen handelt): keine Nachttischlampe, kein Abfallbehälter im Bad, keine Bürste für das Toilettenbecken im Bad, ein einziger Wandhaken im Bad, Spülmaschine ohne Salz und Spülmitteltabletten (also nicht funktionstüchtig), kein einziges Bodentuch, kein Eimer, kein Geschirrtuch in der Küche, kein Schuhputzzeug.

房间空间很大，4个人住的三个卧室的房间，非常宽敞。另外，有厨房，如果愿意可以自己下厨做饭，总之，很温- 馨的住处。 这幢楼里吃饭的地方不多。

Удачное месторасположение, большая площадь апартаментов, свежий ремонт, в номере есть всё, что нужно путешественнику, приветливый персонал Не очень удобная кровать (очень жесткая)

beautiful building, friendly staff and delicious breakfast! Apartment is quite big and sunny. There is a pool with jacuzzi and very a good pub downstairs. Great apart-hotel, like at home!
