Interney connection was very poor on the 6th floor where I stayed. Staff was not professional enough to fix the problem.

I was requested to pay at once for all the days of my stay and was given the original receipt only in the end. Instead of a suite which I booked specifically because of the discount, I was given only a junior suite which was rather dissapointing. Overall, in many aspects it is rather Soviet type hotel.

I stayed many times in this hotel for overnight mostly when I am travelling from Kazakhstan back to Europe. Location is very central near restaurants and shopping area in Almaty. Rooms are clean and confortable for short stay. My lqst booking was done for the first time through Booking.com and I booked a business suite at a price which was lower than what I usually pay when booked through hotel directly... But when I checked in I received a standard room... No other room available and it is the correct price for this type of room... So take care when booking through internet. Also take care about payment of taxi transfer to airport. Payment can be done at the hotel but they do not indicate it clearly on the invoice and taxi driver knows... So he will ask you to pay a second time when arriving at airport. If you do not speak Russian or Kazak, good luck to solve the problem.

Удобное расположение в центре города, бесплатный Wi-Fi в номере, хороший завтрак (шведский стол), принимают оплату картой. Мебель похоже с советских времен и не очень удобная (жил в номере стандарт). В санузле даже полочки нет, а на раковине смеситель ушатанный и вода скапливается - тупо некуда пасту со щеткой положить. Интернет тормозной и постоянно отваливается. С учетом всего этого цена кажется завышенной.

Находится в одном здании с отелем казжол. Цены примерно одинаковые. Но уют в разы хуже. Начиная от персонала, заканчивая завтраками. Жил в полулюксе, номер как из советского союза. Представляю, что в стандарте...

я прибыл в гостиницу в 07:00 утра - такой у меня был ранний рейс, ничего не поделаешь. так вот понравилось то, что персонал отнёсся с пониманием и уже в 07:00 выдал мне номер, при этом не взяв ничего дополнительно. большое спасибо! ужасный завтрак. такое чувство, что все продукты как минимум 2-х недельной давности. и ещё вышло недоразумение с номером: по спецпредложению от booking.com я брал бизнес-свит по цене обычного стандартного номера, но в гостинице мне выдали всё-таки обычный стандратный номер. сказали, что раз заплачено за стандарт, то значит будет стандарт. сказали разбираться с booking.com. мне, конечно, по большому счёту всё равно - не из гордых, но было бы классно получать то, что обещают. а разбираться, как мне кажется, должны между собой гостиница и booking.com, а я, как клиент, должен получить то, что мне обещали.

Staff - Breakfast. - Referring to booking.com I should have the business-sweat for the price of standard room, but finally I had the standard room. It was not a big problem for me, but anyway would be nice to have what promised.

Приличный интерьер. внимательный персонал, неплохой завтрак Находится на второй линии в окружении жилых домов, практически отсутствует парковка вызов такси из гостиницы в 3 раза дороже. чем самостоятельный вызов.
