Ho prenotato su Booking due notti con check in alle 7.00 e check out alle 9.30. a causa del volo sono arrivato alle ore 5.30, e a causa della totale assenza dell'acqua calda ho effettuato il checkout alle 12.30, per potermi lavare in sauna. Mi è stata addebitata un'ulteriore mezza giornata per questa differenza tra checkin e checkout, mai successo nella mia carriera di Area Manager in Est Europa. Spero che lo togliate dalla vostra selezione di hotel da consigliare o da prenotare, in altro modo non userò più Booking per prenotare. Chiedo cortesemente una risposta da parte dello staff di Booking.

Просторный номер и ванная с джакузи. Чистота, порядок. В стоимость номера не включен завтрак для второго гостя номера и в стоимость номера посещение бассейна не включено.

The room was large and bathroom excellent with everything we could need. The staff were friendly and helpful initially but there was little change so they seemed to work, or not work an awful lot of hours The hotel was much too hot, there was no provision of any information useful to a tourist
