Room was too hot and aircon didn't seem to cool it down enough. Wifi in the room was not good enough for skype calls but worked well otherwise.

Room was very nicely appointed and staff were friendly

Ac was not working and having the window open meant a lot of traffic noise was present

I asked reception staff how much it was for a taxi to the airport and was told 3500kzt about $23usd so was planning to use the service, prior to going to airport i needed to go a short distance actually 3 blocks away and one street off the same street hotel was on which reception lined up however when i arrived the short distance i was shocked to be told the ost was 2460kzt i said it simple couldn't be and driver advised hotel taxi is this much it's normal, considering the airport is a 30mins drive for 3500kzt versus a 4 mins journey this seems a complete rip off so i got a taxi back myself for 400kzt same distance and got my own taxi to airport for 1800kzt so advise is do not book a taxi from this hotel it's a complete rip off.

it was cold outside, so heat was on but there were no controls so it got a bit hot in the room. had to turn on the independent a/c to cool the room down.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location.

The heating pipes in the floor stayed continuously on for 4 days making the room sometimes too hot.

An excellent refurbished hotel, was very pleased with the design. While other top hotels charge almost twice as much for basically the same room, World Hotel Saltanat offers great value for money. The staff were excellent. I would have thought I stayed at 5 star hotel.

Hotel was friendly, clean, modern and quite. We had a comfortable stay with my wife. Only positive emotions.

very expensive

Central location (but off the main street, hence quiet), clean throughout, good size of a standard room, attentive staff, free WiFi, good value for money.

Temperamental air conditioning: whatever I did to adjust it, the room remained too warm for my comfort – in the middle of winter, with plenty of snow outside.

-Very stylish,I liked the design very much. - Wifi was working OK -Room dining was great, most probably the restaurants are serving the same but could not have time to try.

-I think it is still a bit pricy -Should be providing better amenities, better and bigger slippers, more than one towel..etc.

location of the hotel not in the city center still you can walk few minutes to reach to a small super market

location was a bit difficult to get to as it the taxi's hadnt really heard of it.

The room is well fitted. Quality of the tv transmission (rare quality for a hotel)
