The staff was very helpful when I needed to call a taxi. Many children checked in with mothers at 5:00 pm. They were running and screaming until 10:00 pm. They only stopped after I yelled down the hall for the mothers to control their children. Then the receptionist came up and spoke with the mothers. At 5:00 pm I had asked them to please be quiet. They ignored me.I Then went down to the receptionist and she was checking in more mothers and children. She had not solution to the problem. Five hours of screaming kids. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The refrigerator did not work. The toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The shower flooded the entire bathroom because the water drained too slowly.

It was the cheapest hotel in Astana that's why I chose it. The room was nice enough, even if you have to insist if you want your room to be tided up every day of your staying. It's interesting that, over the breakfast (the besta tasted in Astana), in the fare it'included another meal at your choice, lunch or dinner.

The hotel is completely run down. Dirty rooms. Poor breakfast. Noisy room in the front. Very low value for money.
