There is absolutely nothing to like about the hotel It I very shabby and worn out hotel and I would not recommend to stay there to anybody. The price (about 3000 rur ) is too high for this place. Everything is broken in the room, the shower not working, the bed making horrible noises. Alcohol is sold at reception! I booked 4 nights, but could hardly stay for one, and ran away!

The location of the hotel a little bit differ as noted on the google map. It is situated on the other side of Abay ave, crossing Batursynova str. Location is excellent - in the center of city actually but it is not crowed. I booked standard room via booking.com for 15000 tenge per night (100 USD) When i came there all standard rooms were full, so hotels stuff made me an oder to take a luxury room the same price. I was happy. The breakfast is also nice. Good luck everyone! Price for souvenirs in the hotel))

The price was very good. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are outdated. I was first in a very ugly room but then changed to a nicer room.

hiç bir yönünü sevmedim ve bir gece zor dayandım. hemen başka otel bulup ayrıldım. Resepsiyondaki kişi tek kelime ingiizce bilmiyordu.elimdeki booking.com rezervasyonu verdim. beklemeye geçtim.bilgisayarına uzun bakan kişi sonra telefonla başkalarını aradı.ardından bana bir anahtar uzatıp yukarı doğru çım diye işaret etti.tek bir kat çıktım ve merdivenleri ve koridoru dar olan üst katta odayı acınca başkasının kaldığını gördüm ve hemen kapıyı kapattım.aşağı inip derdimi anlatınca başka bir anahhtar verilip tekrar gönderildim.bu arada yardımcı olan kimsede yoktu.o oda da gece kaldım sabah kahvaltıya gitmek için odadan ayrılmak isteyince anahtarı yerinden çıkaramadık.temizliikçi kadın da uğraşmasına rapmen çıkaramadık.sonra tamirci geldi oda kilidi sökme işine başladı.kahvaltıya indiğimde ne salon ne masalar nerde kahvaltının görüntüsü iştağımı tamamen kapattı.geri odaya döndüm ve baktım başka bir odanın kilidi sökülp benim odamın kapısına taklmış.iş yerime internet üzerinden haber verip sizinle irtibat kurulmasını istedim.ama bu arada iş seyahatinde olmama rağmen yakındaki otel Astana da yer ayırttım.. bu arada sizden gelen hızlı cevaba istinaden gidip tek gecellik ödememi Zyliha otel e yapıp ayrıldım.gereğini siz yaparsınız ve başkalaının magdur olmasına engel olabilirsiniz.çok düşük bütçeli bir otel arayan için belki uygun olabilir ama benim düşüncem booking.com dan çıkarılacak bir otel diye düşünüyorum.siz daha iyi bilrsiniz.saygılar.

لا شيء للأسف الشديد ....مبالغ جدا للأسعار من الشقق المفروشه الفندقيه لا توجد خدمه للغرف و وجبت الإفطار جدا بسيطه
