I thought the workers were friendly and courteous. The location is good because it is in the center within walking distance.

The room was very small for the rice of $28. I have stayed in guest houses with 2-1/2 to 3 times the size of the rooms in good locations that are only 50% of what I was charged ($28 is what I paid).

Actually I'm afraid to say that I didn't like anything. Well... just the location 'cause the hotel was located right in the city center, near by all main sites.

Poor and unfriendly staff (just the night shift guys were ok). Poor breakfast. Poor value for money. Although is a very cheap hotel, next time I'd rather prefer paying more money in order to have a better one. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are hidden fees which are not mentioned in the booking.com. The hotel charges you 4% in payments made by credit cards.

Staff, location, room is small, but comfortable, wi-fi and condition are OK

breakfast is not so poor, but it's possible to make it with the free drinks

I booked 5 rooms with breakfast included. Their coffee's taste is unique. Maybe I never drink their local coffee.

1.There is construction site near hotel. They start working from 8.30 to 18.00. 2.Some rooms have no outside view.

It's In the city center. Price is very reasonable comparing to facility and location. Staff is friendly.

I stayed in standard single room which is a bit small. No desk to sit and write. It's good for backpacker but not for business purpose if you want to do some work in room..

Room was a good size, location good, small supermarket around the corner and a Swensons Ice Cream bar within 300mtrs. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was clean and well maintained.

The Family Hotel was in a good location within walking distance of the centre of town and the river. The staff were very helpful.

The breakfast was just OK. It was in the reataurant downstairs and you had a choice of 2 things for breakfast and one drink.

The room are without windows, but clean and good for short stay.

The receptionist(morning shift) was very impolite, and when we asked how much we should pay for taxi to the airport he informed us wrong (like double price)

Good power shower. Reliable wifi. Staff seemed quite friendly. Well placed - slightly out of the main drag area, but no more than a 5 - 10 minute walk.

Although it was quite modern and clean, the room had a horrible dreary feeling. There was no lamp, which meant I had to sit with the awful spotlight (not a problem for those who like a bright, cold, clinical light, maybe, but for me a huge no, no). There was no kettle, hairdryer, dressing gown or any toiletries other than soap. There was no electric power point close enough to the bed that I could sit on the bed with my laptop with it plugged in. The air conditioning unit was right above the bed - so the option was none (and boil all night) or have it on (and wake up achy with a headache). The breakfast was in the restaurant beneath the hotel, which had a really strange smell. Other reviewers had commented on how nice the breakfast was, so I don't know whether they have changed it, but it wasn't! There was a grubby laminated sheet and you chose two of the options. All looked fairly awful - the croissant was a heavy doughy thing, as was the waffle which I tried. The fruit was okay, and the coffee fairly bad. I was probably spoilt as I had just come from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, where the hotels are fabulous and not too expensive. For a higher price, this was just extremely disapointing.

The bathroom had no bath mat. There was a towel on tge ground under one of our windows our whole three night stay. The staff were just ok. Upon checkout one receptionist rang the room to see if my boyfriend was still in it. He had left earlier in the morning!!! She could have just asked me strange. Also the rooms majority had windows onto the corridor. :-( so I asked for an outside window and had to pay $ 5 more a night.

I didn'T like it at all, on our arrival the room was looking clean but opening the bed we found that the sheets were dirty they had not been changed in between new guests arrival !!

The cheaper rooms have no windows on the outside, therefore we asked for an upgrade to get a window on the outside.

The room was clean and adequate. Hot water worked well. The a/c was strong. The closet was spacious. I really enjoyed the staff, too. They were very friendly and knowledgeable.

For some reason the mini bar was not replenished daily.

The price is included breakfast, and it was delicious and people who are working at restaurant are kind and friendly.

I booked a double room because single room's size is small. When I arrived at hotel, they gave me a room that has a window is looking to corridor, and the room is so dark too. It was like a jail cell. I got back to the reception, and I told them, I saw the photos on booking.com and double room has a window that is looking to outside not corridor. They said that they don't have any other room, they are fully booked, but If I pay more, I may book a suite room. I have booked through booking.com, and I already paid us$ 33. This room is not worth of money. Another problem is that their wi-fi service is not stable, and I had difficulties to check my emails. Next day, I found another 3 stars hotel that is near the river, and I paid only US$ 20 per night, so look for another hotel, and you will get a bigger size room. There are plenty of hotels that are cheaper than Family Hotel in Vientiane.

1.wifi的连接方式是每次弹出页面输入用户名和密码的，只要电子设备屏保就必须要重新连接，导致一晚上输入- 几十次用户名和密码，非常不便，并且网速超慢，是这次出来住的四个酒店里面最烂的，没有之一，完全无法忍受- 2，房间非常小，仅能转身，窗户很小 3，房间内蚊虫非常多，无任何除虫措施，完全无法安睡

Nice location, just in the middle of the city, close to places of interest. Very friendly staff with good level of english, no problems with early check-in. Breakfast 7.00-10.30. Clean room, oriental design. Little pond with fish at the reception. Double deluxe room has its own balcony with plants and very small pond and additional bed suitable for kid. Хорошее расположение в центре Вьентьяна, достопримечательности и набережная в пешей доступности. Доброжелательный персонал с очень хорошим уровнем английского, без проблем заселили в номер раньше 12.00. Долгий завтрак - с 7.00 до 10.30, можно выбрать два блюда из предложенных восьми. На ресепшине есть маленький прудик с рыбками, еще один водоемчик был у нас на балконе в номере deluxe double (без рыбок), так же в номере была дополнительная кушетка, застеленная простыней, на которую вполне можно уложить спать ребенка, правда к ней не прилагалось одеяло. Комаров и прочих насекомых в комнате замечено не было. Кондиционер и горячая вода работали прекрасно.

Room (deluxe double) was described as 30m2, but it seemed smaller in reality. No shampoo and facial towel in the bathroom, only soap and toothbrushes. Internet is not stable sometimes. Площадь номера deluxe double в описании - 30м2, по факту наш номер был меньше, планировка отличалась от той, что на фотографии. Стол слишком высокий для работы на ноутбуке, интернет иногда нестабилен. В ванной не было шампуня и маленьких полонетец для рук, только мыло, одноразовые зубные щетки и банные полотенца.

部屋がモダンで、清潔でした。シングルに泊まりましたが、部屋には机もあり、ビジネス滞在にも良いかもしれ- ません。ただし、少し机周りは暗かったです。

チェックアウトの会計で揉めました。かなり早朝のチェックアウトで、おそらく受付は学生バイトかな？と思わ- せるスタッフ。ドルとキップ混合での支払いだったのですが、計算ができず、私が計算の仕方を示す始末。また- 、これは受付のスタッフだけの責任ではないのですが、飲んでない冷蔵庫のミルクの支払いをさせられそうにな- りました。元から入ってなかったものなので、恐らく清掃係が入れ忘れたのではないかと思うのですが、急いで- いるチェックアウトで20分も会計で揉めて、残念でした。

Les fenêtres ouvrant sur le couloir. Le manque de lampes de chevet: seulement un plafonnier. Le petit déjeuner ou il manque toujours quelque chose!
