It was awful, The only thing that I liked was leaving, initially I was given twin beds when I had requested double and the front door did not lock in the room so I was moved, no one answered the phone so I had to repack all my things and haul them back to reception as I could not leave them in an unlocked room ( by now midnight ). The next room I tried to get online but was given a broken adaptor, I called ( they answered this time ) and requested a new one, was given it, it worked but was old looking and dirty. I tried to access the internet again ( by now 12.45 ) but the password I was given would not work, I decided to get a drink from the minibar instead before sleeping to find that there was a can of Sprite, a can of local beer and an old looking chocolate bar! This is not what I term minibar when it is listed as a facility! Giving up I thought OK, I will just sleep ( by now gone 1 am ) I pulled around the mosquito nets to see that they were full of holes ( rather large ones and several rather tatty repairs too ) I also discovered a stain on the sheets and a baby cockroach in my bed! I pulled off the offending sheets and spent a few hours barely sleeping. Mt alarm was set at five ( very tired now) need a cup of tea, I find the (dirty) kettle in the cupboard and after rinsing it in the sink ( with brown bits stuck to the porcelain ) I look for somewhere to plug it in. There is actually nowhere unless I climb under the desk ( thinking this is going to be dangerous once the kettle is boiled and I need to get back out ) I gave up again and decided on a shower. On pulling back the curtain four of five decently sized centipedes going running in various directions ( and I hate centipedes! ). I have lost my patience now and feel that with no internet, minibar, clean bed, shower, sink or kettle I may as well have napped in the street, I am covered in insect bites and call reception to list the problems.

Upon arrival orange juice was served and the waiting for check in was minimal. I was there at the low season (September) , possibly the serenity. I suspect the staff will not be as efficient if the hotel was busy . The staff were courteous, and friendly, not just the artificial trained hospitality "friendliness" but it was with warmth and sincerity, as with most of the Laos culture toward a foreigner and a guest. Two complaints : The master light switches were located where one enters the room...a tired guest might find it bothersome to clamber off the bed just to turn off the lights for the night , and the lack of power points for the lap top and phone charger . One was located in the bathroom Apart from the two minor inconvenience , its a place i would return the next time i am in Laos

Le bruit. Je suppose qu'il se construit à côté de cet hôtel un nouvel hôtel et donc bruit en permanence et pendant un spa ce n'est vraiment pas le pied et en plus pas de musique de fond d'autant qu'il est juste à côté ainsi d'ailleurs que le restaurant.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Anlage, aufmerksames Personal, gut ausgestattete Zimmer in ansprechendem Design.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das sehr instabile WLAN, die Verbindung im Zimmer brach nach einem Tag ab und konnte auch nicht wiederhergestellt werden, in der Lobby war die Verbindung auch nicht durchgängig vorhanden.

das Personal ist manchmal etwas überfordert, aber das macht eigentlich nichts das Wasser im Pool könnte sauberer sein

Tout. Meublé avec goût, personnel agréable et compétent, très beau jardin, calme, belle piscine, belle salle de bain, etc...

Der Pool - wenn nicht gerade eine laute Gruppe sich darin austobt, was wir leider erlebt haben.

Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Ausstattung nicht vollständig (in unserem Zimmer fehlten Dinge, die in anderen Zimmern vorhanden waren ( z.B. eine Waage, eine ordentliche Matrazenauflage, ein Guest Manual...). Die Renovierungsarbeiten und vorübergehende Schließung des Spa waren nicht angekündigt und haben nicht zu einer Reduzierung des Preises geführt - das passt nicht zusammen.

ロケーションが若干悪い。静かに過ごすのにはよい。

sehr aggressiver Hotelmanager (keine Kundenorientierung)!

英語を向こうの言葉になおして書いてくださったり、お店にやっているか電話してくどさったり皆さん親切で寛- げました。 たまたま宿泊日が誕生日だったのですが、サプライズで従業員の方達がケーキを持ってお祝いしてくれました（- 頼んでないのに！ ホスピタリティ満点です*\(^o^)/*

Todo. Es precioso. Las habitaciones, la terraza, la piscina, el gimnasio, el buffet del desayuno, el bar, la iluminación nocturna, el trato del personal, el servicio de transfer gratuito al centro, la piscina...

el precio. Resulta caro en comparación con el resto del pais, pero Vientiane en general es bastante mas caro que el resto del pais.
