Kiridara Hotel    

Very attentive staff, particularly the manager Francis who was very helpful. Good breakfast with plenty of choice (even brown bread for toasting !). Complimentary tuk-tuk into town centre. Only 5 minutes from airport. Comfortable bed in nice spacious room.

Swimming pool too small but it didn't get crowded when we were there.

Economic plan, couteous staff, good food and "Taxi" service to town locations suited us just fine. I will recommend it to friends and stay again myself.

The loud music next door!

The room was beautiful, the layout of the hotel was excellent and the pool area was very inviting. The breakfasts were very good and the pool bar served a very good drink.

rooms DO NOT have mountain view! We have booked the top room with the mountain view but the room opened into the inner courtyard. This is not a luxury hotel. This is decent hotel with wonderful staff.

Unfortunately it's close to a restaurant/bar that's very noisy in the evenings.

Staff was amazingly attentive to every need or request.

mix up for airport pickup on arrival. It was quickly remedied after a call to the hotel. So overall, no real problems with anything at the hotel.

Just wonderful stay...and perfect place to stay in Luang Prabang, Francis the Manager is very helpful and always there for what you need... staff amazing and very kindfull, really recommend this hotel to stay, definitely the best place... close to everything, thanks again to all the staff

Absolutely everything! From the time we arrived at the airport and were met by the staff at Kiridara we were treated like royalty. The attention to detail is outstanding, the service is excellent, the staff are delightful and helpful and the manager Francis is always checking up on you and seeing that you are happy and offering advice about what to do in the area and where to go. The food at the hotel is outstanding and the chef is always coming to chat and to tell you about what he is making. The homemade yoghurt is the best we have ever tasted!!!!

The only negative which is of minor consequence is that there is a building site opposite the hotel which was a little noisy particularly at breakfast on the deck.

Pour les amateurs de jogging le nombre de marches a monter et bien sur a descendre et impressionant . La situation de l hotel ,trop loin du centre,.

スタッフが親切で、ホテル全体のお掃除が行き届いてて清潔感があって良かった。 朝食もラオスの料理も並べられてて、飽きがなかった。 自転車の無料貸し出しや、トゥクトゥクで無料送迎もしてくれるので、街に出るのに全く困らなかった。 とにかく人がいいので、多くの人にこのホテルをお薦めしたい。

バスタブがなかったのが唯一残念。

Le bruit du voisinage et notamment d'un restaurant qui organise des karaokés qui durent tard dans la nuit.

ホテルの規模も大きすぎず、静かで快適だった。部屋も清潔で設備も十分。何よりスタッフの距離感が近すぎず- 遠すぎず絶妙だった。常に笑顔、親切だが立ち入りすぎず、教育が行き届いてると感じた。街へは頼めばすぐに- トゥクトゥクで送ってくれるが貸し自転車も自由に使え、街中での移動にも非常に便利だった。スパの技術も秀- 逸。某有名スパも利用したが、技術は同等、スタッフのホスピタリティはコチラの方が上だと感じた。是非また- 利用したいホテルだ。

・街からやや遠い（むしろ静かで良いが） ・スパの室温がエアコンを切っても低い

L'éfficacité et la gentilesse du personnel. Ils se mettent en 4 pour vous satisfaire.

Hôtel trop bruyant: bruit de la route, du dancing dans les environs, de la construction du building d'en face...c'est inacceptable. Salle de bains sans baignore et lavabo dans la chambre...bref qunad vous vous rasez vous réveillez votre conjoint. Matelas de piscine sales et coussins déchirés... Il y a mieux à Luang Prabang

la vue car hotel construit en terrasse avec vue sur le mont Phousi il n'est pas situé au coeur de la ville ,mais l'hotel dispose d'une navette gratuite qui vous y amène en moins de 10 minutes piscine à débordement personnel tres attentionné excellente cuisine

Tout : personnel particulierement attentif et reactif, le responsable est aux petits soins, spa, piscine, prestations, cadre tres agreable Dinner surla terrasse magique

Excellent location and great tuk tuk service to get into and out of the main town. Excellent value spa with really good treatments. Gorgeous view from the pool and restaurant.

Magnifique hotel en phase de fin de construction , tres belles chambres spacieuses. Design splendide avec piscine debordante vue sur le mont phousi. Une voiture ou tuk tuk est a disposition des hotes, aussi on est en quelques minutes dans le centre de luang prabang. Accueil charmant du personnel et du manager tres attentionne. Tres beau spa que nous n avons cependant essaye. Cette hotel fut une halte extraordinaire de 4 jours avant de visiter le nord du Laos ou nous etions loge de maniere rudimentaire alors que nous faisions un trekking.
