Rooms were clean. Size of room was good. Bathrom was clean and modern Hotel was a distance from city river dining and entertainment precinct No privacy in dining area. Breakfast was served in the lobby.

Execellent service by staff at registration and checkout. Went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction with directions and services. Somewhat difficult to find location of hotel.

Отличный отель, в номере есть все ( халаты, щетки, ср-ва для принятия душа), чайник . кофе..... все чисто , приятно, завтраки достаточные. Расположение отеля напротив торг. центра и автобусной станции. Отелю 5+! нет окон в номере, но они не нужны)

Prestations réduites (petit déjeuner réduit à sa plus simple expression, une seule tasse avec uniquement du café au lait dans la chambre) Aucune indication sur le prix du contenu du réfrigérateur, bouteilles d'eau offertes laissées en dehors du frigo pour inciter le client à consommer l'eau fraîche payante)

La chambre et la salle de bain très bien. L'accès aux postes d'informatiques très bien. Je reconnais que je n'ai pas suffisamment fait attention en retenant la chambre sur booking, car la chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre.Beauocup de bruit dans l'hotel, les chasses d'eau, les cloisons entre les chambres sont minces. Le petit déjeuner était dès plus quelconque. Café soluble, les fruits : des pommes. le prix est excessif pour cet hôtel.

La gentillesse du personnel, exemplaire ! Les chambres sont grandes et confortables ; le petit déjeuner très copieux. C'est un bon petit hôtel, propre et sympathique. La température de la douche est un peu tiède.

Clean, trendy spacious rooms. Free use of computers with internet. Breakfast is nothing comparing with the room price. If the breakfast would be better then the price is good. Now a little bit high for the location, not near main attractions.

Many tuk tuk drivers get confused by the name and take you to the better known Lang Xang Hotel by the river. Make sure they understand that you mean the one near Talat Sao Market.

Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée et confortable. Propreté générale. Personnel courtois. Hotel recommandable mais plutôt pour affaires. Ambiance générale austère et froide. Petit-déjeuner moyen. Personnel attentioné mais peu expérimenté.

Well located for what I needed (meetings) and easy to find - plenty of space and friendly staff The first room I had did not have any natural daylight (no windows) and the internet connection was not very reliable - some of the furnishings were poorly made and not solid
