Atendimento do staff excelente. A disponibilidade das bicicletas gratuitamente, as utilizamos todos os dias. Transfer gratuito para o aeroporto.

The landscape, the tropical setting and the simple yet beautiful rooms. The staff were friendly, the manager Jean Paul warm and personable. They were helpful in answering questions and giving us tips to get the best experience in Laung Prabang.

More frequent shuttles and to have the last one at 10pm.

Nice location by the river, good restaurant, lovely wooden features in the room, close to the city, very friendly staff, shuttle service to the city plus airport.

The rooms in the old building smell a little damp - for us it wasn't that much of a problem, but you might want to consider a room in one of the newer buildings.

The location is so central for th e hub of Siemens reap which has so much to see and do. The staff from the moment we arrived to the end of our stay fell over themselves to be welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and quiet with a safe deposit box mosquito net and tv. The pool is more for a dip than lengths but a really fab extra when you have been in the city or sightseeing to come back to and read your book. Breakfast was not really geared to westerners and was a little disappointing but overall this hotel is a big recommend with fabulous staff and great value for money

Breakfast was not quite as advertised it was sparse and not really "western"as advertised. There are 4 different options to suit all tastes

The environment in which the hotel is set is really nice: bedrooms are large and comfortable, and they are in some kinds of wooden bungalows. There is a very large garden around, with lots of trees and a view on the river (Nam Khan). Some rooms actually have a view on the garden and river.

The staff was friendly but not very effective... I asked them to pick us up at the airport, they replied they would and never came. We booked a bus ticket (mini-van) and they told us it would pick us up at the hotel, but on the day it turned up that we had to go to the bus station (creating some time pressure). The location also wasn't the best: it is not on the same side as the historic town centre, and coming to the hotel by car is a long way around the river. So most of the times we had to walk along a rather unstable bridge to go on the right side of the river. There are a few shuttle buses going from the hotel to the centre, so it was handy.

The staff was attentive especially the driver. He was really sweet to make special trips back for pick-ups from the city apart from the scheduled timings slotted. There was also flexibility in terms of negotiation and requests. Overall, it's an excellent hotel with all the necessary essentials and service-oriented attitude.

The heater - it took a while and the shower facilities needed to be upgraded, to complement the excellent services.

Perhaps walk across bridge at night.

They provide free transfer from and to airport which is excellent. The also provide the shuttle to the city. The room is very clean. Breakfast is ok but not really great

The location is not really close to the city but they provide the free bicycle and shuttle. The bath room at my room (bungalow type) do not have wall (at the side facing the room) so its only goods for couple. They do not grant me a late check out On booking.com mentioned that first night will be charged during the booking but when we check out the hotel want to charged me full but I refused because I understood first night had been charged but eventually the hotel did not charged the first night

Very beautiful and pleasant. The room was big and well furnished, with a nice view over the garden. Excellent breakfast.

It need just some small details to reach excellence: the bicycle were not properly working.

We had our own river view bungalow with balcony. Private and quiet. Bungalow exceeded expectations and had a separate small room for the fridge, coffee making area and cupboard with enough space to stack your suitcases. Beautiful grounds to stroll around in and sunbeds to relax on. Breakfast in the lovely restaurant (open and covered) was very good with a choice of eggs and enough coffee. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. You can just ask and they will do anything to help or accommodate you. Location is good even that it is not right in the centre but it is a easy walk and you see more of the town. Complimentary bicycles available if you are a little bit lazy or want to explore the town quicker. We highly recommend the Le Bel Air Boutique Resort!

All staff were both courteous and efficient at all times. Room was comfortable in a quiet setting. Really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend. Indeed stayed an extra 2 nights.

Only the position. It's not downtown and you have to take a taxi, plus the fact that you have to cross the wooden bridge to get to the otherside.

A very comfortable and relaxing place to do all wish to do in Luang Prabang. Staff were very helpful and supportive of our needs and provided transport to the town centre and to the airport. Food was great and room service very thoughtful in every respect.

Outside town, but easy to town with the complemantary bikes or shuttle (lp is small). New build bungalows (best choice, but choose one of the those, which a closer to the river, also have rooms in two buildings (old, new building - if taking a room: upstairs new building would be our preference). Like staying at the countryside during the stay in lp, very friendly and service-orientated staff, nice breakfast spot. Breakfast buffet sufficient. Great garden. Same quality in lp itself would be much more expansive - good value for money. Noise from nearby bridge (only bikes) no problem. Great fun to cross the bridge by yourself

Walking distance to middle of lp for most people to far. Use of bike, shuttle or Tuk Tuk a must. It's not 'just walking out of the room and being in the middle of lp'.
