Characterful boutique hotel in good location : large room with nice detail, very helpful and pleasant staff

The location is just wonderful, with the morning market just in front of the gate and the night market a few steps away. The breakfast was lovely in the garden. Breakfast was OK and the staff realy did their utmost and catered for special wishes.

The staff should be trained to issue the final bill specifying in detail. We paid the night before, got a bill with just one total on it, and the next day they asked again for payment of somethng we paid already the night before for a deink from the mini bar. It was alright in the end, but this should not have happened and can easily be avoided if the bill is more detailed.

The location of the hotel was perfect to explore Luang Prabang's numerous attractions in the city, including the night market, Phousi Hill and the food market in the morning. Food establishments are all within walking distance as well, but the hotel is spared the noise, as it is located in a quiet street. The staff were all very warm and friendly. The room was very well kept and cleaned had a very comfortable bed and linen. Definitely recommended for its good location and comfort.

TV channels had limited English programmes, and breakfast menu was limited only to western items. It would be nice to have Lao food for the local food experience. There were also a lot of mosquitoes, which prevented us from opening the room windows for some natural air.

No hot water. Airport pick up was arranged but did not happen.

I liked the hospitality of the staff, the willingness to help whenever they could. The rooms were were very nicely decorated, enjoyed the good quality of the linens.

The mosquitoes around the hotel. Would be nice if there were more channels in English. Also for breakfast would prefer some other opetions besides eggs or pork. Perhaps some rice or noodles lao style, some yogurt for the fresh fruits and maybe some salad. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Luang Prabang.

Staff very polite and friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Big shower and very hot water. Good breakfast. Good air conditioning. Wi-fi in the room was weak. Location is very central and quiet at night.

Location is fine, very central. Trouble is the everyday morning market in front of the hotel, what leads the narrow street inaccessible by tuk- tuks or cars on both ends. Besides, there is the garbage of left-overs to be swept every afternoon. At night the street is blocked from the main road by the night market. At the end of the day, the access to the hotel is mainly blocked to vehicles either by one end or by both of them most of the time. It is not a problem if you don´t mind walking, but if you have luggage to carry it is a bit more difficult.

Afslappet atmosfære. Tæt på morgenmarkedet, Night market, Mekong floden og restauranter. Vejret var godt så det var dejligt at sidde i haven at spise morgenmad. Dejligt stort rum med helt nyt stort badeværelse.

Ikke noget særligt at udsætte. Wi-Fi dækker ikke alle rum. Hotellet er nabo til et kloster og munkene slår på en træklokke hver morgen ved 06 tiden

De booking was een vergissing maar na de eerste desillusie viel alles nog mee; het hotel is heel centraal gelegen; de kamer was ruim; goede badkamer; de prijs was 100€ in plaats van 600€ per dag voor de andere "residence"

Fantastiskt litet hotell. Fint hus och mycket centralt. De större rummen är fantastiskt fina. Mysig trädgård med fin frukost och service. Lite dyrt ja, men absolut värt pengarna. Här bor man mycket bra.

Ibland är det svårt med engelska språket här tyvärr.

vortreffliche Lage, Nacht- und Morgenmarkt liegen vor der Tuere, sehr kurze Wege zu den Sehenswuerdigkeiten, den Restaurants und zum Mekong. Sehr ruhig, grosses, helles Zimmer im Obergeschoss, reichliches Fruehstueck im tropischen Garten, sehr freundliches Service, Englischkenntnisse limitiert

Die zentrale Lage mitten in Luang Prabang, die Nähe zum Mekong, die Lage in einer Gasse ohne Durchgangsverkehr, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, das gemütliche Frühstück, die Größe des Zimmers.

Der Frühmarkt istunmittlebar vor dem Gebäude, d.h., man ist sofort mitten im Marktgetümmel vor der Tür, der Nachtmarkt auf der Hauptstrasse blockiert die Anfahrt vom Flughafen kommend.

簡潔なサービスで過不足無く過ごすことができました。スタッフは、きちっとしており、好感が持てる人々でし- た。客室が比較的大きく、洗面所も余裕があります。清掃も注意深くおこなわれており、清潔感がありました。-

入口前の小径では朝市が開かれるのですが、終了後の片付けが充分でなく、野菜くずなどが放置され清潔ではあ- りません。折角の街並みの印象が大変悪くなってしまい、残念でした。

Great place to stay. Huge rooms and just quietly off the main road. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Central location and still a relaxed and calm place in a side soi.
