Service and Facilities - very good.

Was a little too far out of town but the free bus helped a little.

Fantastic place. Maybe it was not very close to the city but with their free shuttle You could easily arrange your day without spending Extra money on travels

The rooms were lovely. Bed was comfy and the whole place was really clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool was shut for cleaning on our last day there. We only stayed for 3 nights and the whole reason we booked was so we could relax and use the pool. Not their fault, we understand cleaning needs to be done, it was just bad timing and a shame that it meant it was closed from 9am - 3pm

The staff are fantastic. The pool is great, clean and relaxing, the gardens are nice and the river view is nice.

I would have preferred to have been closer to the centre of town as getting in and out always had to be arranged. Having said that, the staff were always very accommodating, transport is cheap and getting back by tuk tuk was easy. There are a lot of mosquitoes and so you have to sleep in the rooms with mosquito coils going and under nets.

Beautiful rooms, swimming pool and helpful staff. Good selection for breakfast.

Hotel is quite far from the town centre and although the hotel runs a free shuttle it only operates at scheduled times and the last one back is at 7:30pm so we had to get a few taxis (which were cheap so not a big problem). The food in the hotel restaurant is awful, I would stay here again but be sure to go in to town for dinner.

We really like the staff, very friendly and helpful, and the facilities. Great pool with lounge chairs and umbrella's to get a break from the sun.

You need to take the shuttle or request a Tuk Tuk to get to town. More a matter of planning better. The wifi could be more consistent.

The garden was great. I hade a spacious bungalow with all comfort you can wish. It was a quite place with a great swimmingpool.

The breakfast must be better. It wasn't so much people when I was there. The breakfast hade a big choice but everything wasn't så fresh all the time.

Do not make the mistake I made. The "hotel" is a disgrace: way far from the lovely LP center (which is where you should stay, eastwards of the night market preferably), in a bad and ugly part of town. It is badly kept, sort of abandoned (extremely erratic internet, tried 7 bikes and 6 were broken), and adjacent to a VERY loud restaurant w karaoke, that blares music till the wee hours (in LP, a paradise in the Mekong, where one comes to relax and nothing more). Didn't eat breakfast as it really looked disgusting (and, believe me, I eat anything).

I arrived at 5pm and the karaoke was going on. Came back at 11.35pm and still on. Talked to the mgr and she told me that I could leave if I wanted (at 11.35pm...) and that she would not call the karaoke because it is the way it is. Got really rude when I mentioned that I wouldn't pay for the night. They charged me 87USD. I feel abused and cheated. To say the least, this hotel should not be in Booking.

The space and the pool. Nice spot. Being able to take hotel bikes into Luang Prabung - 10 minute cycle

It was on the outskirts - so you had to transport yourself to town

The hotel is set in garden next to the river in a quiet area. A tuk tuk costs 40,000 Kip into the town about £4.00. We stayed in the middle of January and it was freezing at night and early morning, so be armed. The hotel could really do with an indoor eating area as the Staff including but he cook had coats, gloves and even some had wooly hats. Other than that it is a really good hotl

    The cold dining area

The staff is exceptionally nice ! The surrounding is beautiful and it's very well kept.

Very cold, no heat. A 30 minutes walk to center of activities. They have a shuttle bus but 08:00, 12:00, 16:00 and 20:00 only

Nothing really for the resort but Luang Prabang is a colourful and interesting destination worthy of a visit.

This 'resort' is much like a poor quality caravan park. It is removed from the town, and shuttles run very infrequently. We booked one of the suites. I'm not sure what a suite is Laos style - but one would expect a bit more than a 36 sqm bedroom with a single wooden straight backed chair. Our ensuite lacked hot water - even after requesting it be looked at we ended up with tepid water. Wifi was intermittent at best and very low speed. This was grossly over-priced and a true disappointment in what was otherwise a fabulous holiday. There are certainly much better options in the centre of town midst the beautifully restored villas and guesthouses.

The resort is really lovely. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious, the garden is gorgeous and the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil. The location is a bit out of town but they have a free shuttle bus which worked well, a few reviewers mentioned it is under the flight path, which it is, as its only a short distance from the airport, but there is not many flights a day anyways and it only lasts a few seconds, so didnt bother us at all. They staff were friendly and really helpful, really enjoyed our stay there.

very nice hotel in beautiful garden with big swimming pool. Miss Doll was always very helpful and her english really good, she really is on top of all matters. Breakfast was OK in nice open air restaurant.

We only had one dinner at the restaurant and I am afraid this was quite disappointing, a simple Pad Thai was a warmed up plate of sticky noodles.

Very comfortable hotel and nice staff

Bit too far from town, couldn't get access to our in room safe even after repeated requests. Lighting in the bathroom far too dark.
