Situation très centrale, en bordure de Mékong. Grande chambre. TV internationale et wi-fi gratuit (bas débit). Café, thé, fruits à disposition.

organisation de la chambre peu confortable. Pas de chaise ni fauteuil, une seule table de chevet. Eclairage déplorable (aucun éclairage proche du lit). Salle de bains très exigüe.

Personnel accueillant, gentil, très serviable

Cadre jolie et emplacement parfait pour découvrir la ville, son marché de nuit, la procession des moines le matin etc....

Étant partie en basse saison, il n'y avait pas de buffet petit déjeuner. Le patron nous à rembourser les petits déjeuner pris au restaurant du coin. Et le Wi-Fi est très très mauvais dans tout l'établissement.

Tout etre au bord du mekong le personnel parfait toujours a l"ecoute proprete de la chambre accueil etc...

accueil du personnels irréprochables. Petits déjeuners copieux (américains comme laotiens). Petite lieu de détente en bordure de Mékong super. La situation géographique permet l'accueil de personnes se déplaçant difficilement.

Excellent location right near the night market, National Palace Museum, and main street in town. Easy to walk to everything within the historic area of Luang Prabang, including temples, restaurants, travel agencies, etc. Right on the Mekong River, which meant tuk tuks were easy to find. Breakfast was good and plentiful. They have complimentary tea, coffee, water, and bananas in the lobby at all times. Air-conditioning was much better than expected and actually cooled. Shower did have hot water most of the time, though it took several minutes to heat up and sometimes went in and out during the shower, especially in the mornings. Room was spacious.

Water pressure in shower and sink were inconsistent. We recommend taking showers in the evening to have a better chance of good pressure and hot water. We also had a problem with our laundry being done without us asking for it. Apparently if you put clothes in a basket they have in the room, that means you want them to do your laundry. We weren't made aware of this beforehand and it wasn't on any document they gave us, and our clothes were taken on our third day while we were out. It wasn't a big deal, but just heads up. We recommended they make it more clear to people in the future, but who knows if anything will happen. We also didn't realize ahead of time that breakfast was a set meal each day, no choice for guests. One day is a western breakfast (toast, eggs, fruit, bacon, and juice), and the next is a Loa breakfast (eggs, mixed meat, noodles, purple rice with coconut and some fruit, juice). We read reviews that said western and Lao breakfast served and assumed it meant we could choose. Both were good.

- Less than 10 mins walk from centre - Riverside - Good breakfast -helpful staff, the guy can help on anything ( book bus ticket, tuktuk, one day/half day trip), with a little bit more expensive than shops but acceptable.

- Didn't change bed sheet first day(it even has blood from other people,disgusting) - not river view room

The staff were exceptional and could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay. The hotel policy was all staff must speak english which makes everything very simple and easy. All of our requests were handled immediately and with a smile

Friendly staff. Clean room, appointment, i.e. wardrobe, desk, etc, functional and clean if basic in design and finish.

No a big deal to me, but others may miss the lift.

Good location with a good view of the river (not obstructed by any food stall set-up by the riverside). Within walking distance to everything. Peaceful and quiet for a good night sleep.

Nearby the centre and mekong river ,others attraction places just few step.

Because of the room is deco by wood, at night even mid night, can heard clearly crack sound from the wall,so scarely at first n second times, may be the wood too dry.

Nice hotel, hot water, clean, a/c, good service and location. A 2 minutes walking from the main attractions of the city:imperial palace and night market.

Wi fi worked only sometimes and for the same price (25$) the city can offers a lot of guesthouse good at same also without booking.

Friendly staff, family run business. close to the main street. Not all services operating in the rainy season but still very good. It would be excellent for solo travellers because it was small and friendly. Restaurants and bars across the street. Free tea and coffee facilities were great.

Room lights could have been brighter in our room but that was a minor.

The location was great, with the Mekong river straight across the road and a short walk to shops, restaurants and the night markets. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all fantastic, especially Yeng (Felix) who was very friendly and although it was his first day working there when we checked in did a great job making us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & found it great value for money. When we come back to Luang Prabang we will definately be staying here again.
