We had an amazing stay here - rooms are beautiful, grounds are lovely, food is nice, and Kham San (the manager) was brilliant.

Wifi wasn't great, but not a big deal

My Dream has a lovely tropical garden all around it in which to wander and relax. The dining area looks over the beautiful pool and the food here is very good. The staff are so attentive and the manager, Somnuek, is onto your every need. While the location is over the river from the main town, the hotel has regular free shuttles during the day or the tuk-tuk ride is cheap and fun. We loved our stay and would go back again if we have the opportunity. Oh and they also have a free airport shuttle. So civilized!

the staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. The location is a little out of the town, but easily walked, or take the free shuttle, or borrow one of the bikes. The location means that it is very quiet. The gardens lead down to the Nam Khan river, and have little pavilions where you can relax in the shade with a book and a drink.

We loved the pool, easy bicycle ride into town, and the friendly staff. After morning activities, it was well worth the location just outside the historic center of the city to be able to swim and lounge by the pool and gardens. Downtown B&Bs can't offer this option. At night we also appreciated the quick hotel shuttle into (and back from) the city. Lastly, the food at the hotel and laundry service is excellent.

    We enjoyed everything.

We absolutely loved the My Dream resort. It is in a lovely quiet location on the other side of the river but is a short walk or ride to town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the restaurant and breakfast are fab, the rooms are spotless, the pool area is lovely. We will return!!!

This is a lovely small sanctuary just across the river from town in LP. They offer free bikes and it's a 15 min ride into "town center". The room is clean with ample space. We loved the mosquito net (minimal in room if you don't open the balcony doors) and the very very comfortable bed. The corner room on the 1st floor had side views of the swimming pool from the bedroom and the bathroom (remember to close the window when you shower! :D). The only thing is that the water doesn't drain too well and the bathroom is a little dark at night. LP is a small town and everywhere is accessible by bike (remember to lock the bikes!!!). Tuktuk back from town costs ~30K (after some bargaining). We loved chilling in the pool and how it was just further out from town so it was quiet but near enough so we could go back for an afternoon dip! On a side note, it's around 170-200K to the Kuang Si waterfalls (2 person, wait around 2-3 hours or so, bargain with the drivers around town). Evening cooking class at Tarmarind (the school is a 15-20 min tuktuk ride away) is around 220K/pax, leaves the restaurant at 4:30 and back at 8 - good food and experience! Thank you so much to the Resort staff for making our stay a good to wonderful stay!

Our room had an outdoor balcony which was absolutely wonderful to chill/read while watching sunset - but we were giant targets for mosquitoes! If only they had mosquito incense spirals/sticks it would be perfect! We also slightly disappointed that they didn't offer a Laotian breakfast option - but a short ride into town and food was available. The night pickup truck from town didn't have any signs and we missed it - the only saving grace was that the staff actually recognized us! Please consider a sign for the pickup van or the waiting staff

Quiet, serene space with beautiful rooms and balcony. Great pool to cool off during the hottest hours of the day. Really helpful staff that remembered my name whenever they saw me!

Wifi didn't always work. Only 3 shuttles to the main town per day and only 1 shuttle service from town back to the hotel at night, but they offer free bicycles to use

Very nice hotel area with bungalows and fairly spacious rooms. You would hardly find the place since nothing can be seen from the street but an almost secret entrance. Very friendly staff, good breakfast.

While the hotel is not far from the town centre, you need to take a tuk-tuk once the sun sets, hardly any street lights. The nearby bridges are suitable only for pedestrians and bikers so it will be a long detour via a new bridge on the eastern side of the town.

Lovely property and pool. Superb staff. Very good breakfast buffet and coffee.

Weak wifi but that is a country wide problem, not unique to this property. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone heading to Luang Prabang.

My all time favourite hotel and this time was no different. The staff are absolutely amazing and the manger is the nicest person who will help in any way possible. The dedication to their customers puts a lot of hotels to shame. I recommend everybody to come to this hotel.

Wifi could be better in the rooms.

From the minute we arrived we were welcomed with opened arms. The manager mr cao took us through the Hotel amendments, taught us how to say a few words in LAO and offered us his assistance whenever needed. He introduced us to some of the staff members. A couple of days later we met the owner who was a wonderful warm kind man that told us about his goal for his staff and future as well as a small school he assists financially. Most of the staff spoke good English and enjoyed a joke with my husband. The pool was really nice and the mini bar prices were the same as small shop across the road

Nothing. Cannot fault this hotel and will be going back.

Definitely recommend! We are already excited to come back. The staff were very helpful with everything - the rooms were kept very clean, the restuarant for dinner and lunch was amazing food! We stayed in a bungalow that was very spacious and really made us feel at home! After being there for 6 nights we were very sad to leave. The location is not in the town but only a short walk and bicycle ride. I'm sure if you choose My Dream Boutique you will not be disappointed!

Peaceful relaxing stay. The most incredibly comfortable beds. Enjoyed the breakfast, it was substantial, not over complicated and delicious. Having the push bikes available to us whenever we wanted to travel in/out of town made the stay extra delightful and the manager was very impressive in taking on our advice of pumping air into the bikes, making it pleasurable to ride the bikes. The temperature was extremely hot so being able to lie under umbrellas and dip into the pool topped our stay.

Beautiful rooms with balcony, great spacious bathrooms, wonderful pool. I loved the croissants and coffee every morning though my partner was wanting more variety. Great location away from the main town. Great bikes to use for free, amazing staff... The list goes on...

Erm... Wifi could've been a bit stronger? Otherwise amazing.
