No elevator stairs not clean

Location is okay. If u r strong then u can see the city on foot. No need for guide tour. U can easily cover it by yourself in a day or two.

The hotel needs renovation. I was in a smoking room on top floor and this is pity old in terms of toilet tiles and wall paintings. Light is also insufficient.

Good location, good price for the degree of luxury and very friendly helpful staff.

no swimming pool and very slow elevator. Most rooms don't have a window to let natural light in but this is only a minor problem.

Nothing new and nothing Paris about this hôtel. Old and dated. Room was not cleaned during our 2 days stay. Poor wifi reception

NIce staff, good location. Value for money. Good location with the Fountain in walking distance. Wifi.

No restaurant, no room service. Limited choice of breakfast.

The staff was decent and the location was alright.

The hotel had an antiquated feel to it, the tv didn't work well, the staff charged me the "foreigner price" on my room (I.E. they charged me a couple dollars more than what booking.com quoted me, and they charged me $26 usd at a rate of 8,500 kip, when the forex rate is around 8,000 kip to $1. The employee said it was a "service charge" for housekeeping. If this was legit, I apologize, I've just had too many experiences in se Asia of being charged the "foreigner price"). The hotel is a faux luxury place, and for the price, there are nicer hotels. I stayed at the iHotel and felt it was better. Overall, this was an okay hotel, but it's not as nice as it appears.

Staff friendly.

Hotel shower very poor, lots of stairs to get to room, very old hotel, management required payment a day before departure. I do not recommend. I hotel around corner much better and same price av hotel much better, a little more expensive but closer to markets.

The room I stayed in felt quite dated but I'm no snob about things like that, and overall it was excellent value for money. The free wifi worked really well and the hotel is in a great location on the main road, a few minutes walk from the national museum and riverfront. Note however that the hotel's location on some maps (Google) is wrong. The hotel is actually on Rue Samsenthai directly opposite the Blue Bananas Bar.

My taxi driver from the border had never heard of this hotel but after calling them (for free) it was easy to find.

Интерьеры выдержаны в колониальном стиле, что придает номерам определенное очарование. Деревянная отделка стен, арки и даже фурнитура на окнах в сочетании с отсутствием свежего ремонта переносят во времена Французского Индокитая. Номера комфортные и аккуратные, кровати очень удобные. С балкона видно практически всю улицу. Wi-fi доступен на территории всего отеля. И это, пожалуй, самый быстрый и стабильный wi-fi из всех виденных мною в Азии. Персонал отеля потрясающе дружелюбен и готов помочь в любой ситуации, прекрасно говорят на английском. Завтрак готовят персонально для каждого посетителя: яичница, бекон, багет. Растворимый кофе и чай доступны в течение всего дня. Отель приятно удивил и своим лаосским обаянием, и соотношением цена-качество.

в целом чистые комнаты, но пыльно. Единственная проблема номеров, выходящих окнами на Samsenthai Road - чертов супермаркет на противоположной стороне. Датчик на входной двери там пищит при входе каждого клиента, а это один из немногих круглосуточных магазинов. В общем, прекрасный ночной сон перебивается нереально громкими сигналами дверей.

хорошее только расположение. номер ужасный - нет окон, запирается дверь очень условно (в буквальном смысле слова и еще она - стеклянная), нет сейфа, ужасное белье, звукоизоляция в номере отсутствует. мебели много, но пользоваться ей небезопасно (продавленная и грязная, лучше не трогать лишнего).тараканов и пр., правда, нет. неадекватный персонал - у каждого своя цена на трансфер до аэропорта., в результате на все попытки вызвать такси - нам указали на тукера на углу улицы. вышли из отеля с вещами и за полминуты остановили такси с фиксированными ценами по счетчику. слов нет. сервис в отеле отсутствует, также как и обещанный интернет. полным полно отелей на этой улице по тем же ценам и даже меньше. не советуем никому останавливаться в этом отеле.

плохо все, кроме расположения.

The staff at this hotel are enormously helpful and during our stay, they well beyond expectations to ensure we were well taken care of.

There is no capacity to access upper floors other than by using stairs.

シングルルームは部屋が狭い。 シャワーが電気温水器。 洗濯の物干しが日陰なため、努力はしてくれるが、乾きが悪い。 同じ理由で備え付けのバスタオルも臭う。 朝食が一種類だけ。 長期滞在は向かない

De service van het hotelpersoneel was ongelooflijk, met afstand het vriendelijkste personeel van mijn hele vakantie! Locatie was ook erg goed en de kamer was erg schoon. Ik was erg tevreden over het hotel!

目の前がコンビニで大変便利。

It was noisy due to outdoor music and construction We moved out and to a clean, we'll located and a cheaper guest house.

The internet was sporadically slow or not working.

Room definitely not worth the price. Nothing wrong with it, just very overpriced for the quality of the room and breakfast.
