Beautiful facilities, very nice and spacious rooms with lots of attention to detail, the pool area is great and very cozy. We had breakfast at the hotel and a small snack at the pool, very good and fresh food.

The hotel is a bit outside the main village, but the hotel provides bikes for free and you can reach the center in about 15 minutes

The villas are set amongst beautiful gardens and very quiet and private . Our suite was very well appointed with lots of special touches. Most outstanding feature of this small boutique hotel were the delightful, extremely helpful and friendly staff. A credit to the hotel.

Fantastic staff, who were very helpful with suggestions, calling for transportation, etc. Very nice airport transfer service and welcome. We slept well - good bed/linens and bathroom. The property has a very nice ambiance, especially at night.

The hotel is not situated near the town...although it is not difficult to have them call a tuk tuk, it is a bit of a hassle to go out for all meals. (The restaurant prices are ridiculous - $18 for soup, etc...) The included breakfast is nice (good bread basket), but you must pick from three pre-selected options (oatmeal with one banana pancake, eggs benedict or an egg frittata, if I remember correctly. Or something like that. If you choose just eggs/bacon/etc. from their a la carte menu, it is priced individually (my husband was charged $31 for his 2 eggs over easy (which were hard) and bacon.) Restaurants in town are great and inexpensive to moderate. We never complain about food prices, but it was absurd....$18 for a bowl of soup at lunch. The food quality was average to good, not excellent.

The setting is fantastic and very quiet place in the middle of a colonial plantation. Very charm site. The pool area is ok but not very kids friendly.

    Not very kids friendly area

The absolutely gorgeous suites. We didn't want to venture out. The breakfast was amazing, with a superb bread basket and the best eggs benedict we have ever eaten. The pool area was also very attractive, surrounded by lovely gardens.

The setting of the beautiful houses in the garden. The rooms, warm and perfectly organized and decorated. The bar with the fire place. The staff, particularly the Manager of the restaurant. The provided bicycles.

The toilet doors, unacceptable in this kind if hotel. The very big pillows (but others could be provided). The lack of a bath tub. We would have loved a heater in the bathroom, as it was VERY cold. We were very disappointed by the Christmas Eve meal. The breakfast is a bit hectic: we were offered the same amount of better (VERY small) and jam being one, two or three. Of course, when we asked, we got more!

Beautiful property. Very personalized service and many details.

Service at pool is not existing. Front Desk staff tries to sell external trips and tuk-tuk at much higher prices than common in Luang Prabang.

    A very beautiful luxurty resort!

Althought everyone was very nice, the resort should invest more in the language skills of its staff.
