Staff, location and service was really good and highly recommendable.

Wifi is slow.

The staff were really attentive and friendly. The breakfast area is gorgeous as it's outdoor by the Mekong river. Room is clean and tastefully decorated. Overall, I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The location is superb as its very near the night market.

Probably the pillow could be softer.

Unfortunately wifi did not work during our 2 night stay and the cockerel next door was very noisy - but that's just the luck of the draw.

Not worth the price, was expecting more. Didn't have a balcony and shower leaked a lot. Was a smell of sewage in room. Wifi tempramental too.

Very good location near river. Room was ok, very clean. Breakfast very good we were ordering almost all form their list . There is free tea and coffee all day long - you can come during the day and have a break look at the river and enjoy free coffee :).

Our room did not have a view, because it was at the back of the villa. I could not connect to internet.

This is our first time at this hotel. Good location near center with all the facilities available for tourist. It was quiet and peaceful. The hotel was clean . All in all good value for the money.I will certainly stay here on my next visit.

The staff is nice and the rooms are clean and tidy.

The breakfast was awful: they don't have tables inside so they serve it on the sidewalk by the river (one would think it's pretty and romantic, true, but there's also a very cold morning breeze that will have you eat cold breakfast with a jacket on), don't know what they'd do on a rainy day, and more importantly that's not American breakfast (giving you a checklist of things you would like them to bring, at their own pace?). The Internet was very, I repeat, very dodgy and we were unable to hold a connection for more than 3 minutes with any device other than my laptop (say phone or tablet). We booked a king size bed but got 2 twins put together instead. The breaks on the free bikes barely worked.

Perfect location. Although only 3 rooms have streetview, THE charme of THE backrooms make up for THE lack of this. Wonderful breakfast on terrace across THE little street, also open for lunch / dinner view beautiful view.

horrible noisy floors that creak whenever anyone walks on them. the 2 rooms we booked both smelled like unwashed toilets.

- Very good location. - rooms are very nice & clean. - nice terrace.

- During the night the dogs of the neighbors are often barking and this make it difficult to sleep. - Our room was on the back and had a window with a view on a wall which was at 30 cm...however we paid the same price of the other river view rooms. - The employees are not friendly and their English is poor. - Last but not least, the hotel is very expensive compared to what you can find in Luang Prabang. I really do not recommend this hotel.

Beautiful small boutique hotel. The suites were nicely decorated and spacious. It's one block away from the main street where all the restaurants are. The hotel has a small restaurant which is across the street and sometimes it closes when it rains, however, the view is great. Breakfast is really good. Any of the dishes for lunch and dinner are really good.

Breakfast was very nice. The reception personnel went out of their way to assist as requested.

I would very much recommend that employees are given English lessons, this will improve on the hotel personnel hospitality!

Certainly one of the best hotels I have ever been. Perfect location, all the tourist sites in Luang Prabang are nearby. Very friendly staff, which made me feel really welcome. The room was also great, very nicely decorated.. The breakfast is served on a nice terrace overlooking the Nam Ou river. Good WIFI connection. The roomprice included a lot of free stuff : 4 bottles of water, 2 Lao beers, 2 cokes each day. You can make coffee/tea in your room, but you could also have tea /coffee for free in the restaurant. In addition the bicycles are free of charge. And it is really lovely to cycle around Luang Prabang, nice views, good roads and not much traffic.

My room did not have a view, because it was at the back of the villa. But this meant also a very quiet room, no traffic noise at all.

Very good location, great staff, great inclusions. I thought 'all day free tea and coffee' would be an urn, instant coffee and tea bags, but it was waiter served in tea / coffee pots in the restaurant overlooking the river. Outstanding! Free beer, coke and plenty of water in the room was also great.

A touch on the expensive side, but the freebies made up for some of that.

The hotel is close to the main tourist places, queit since it's small hotel so. Good for relaxing.

The hotel and room was great and the riverside eating area really added a lot. Our room included a nice breakfast, four bottles of water, two beers, and two cokes each day. The place was spotless and refreshing to come back to each day.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Our air conditioner broke and they moved us into the nicest suite in the building! The hotel is super cute and it is wonderful to have air conditioning (and not need to use mosquito nets) in the heat. The location is great. It's just around the corner from the main road so it's very convenient and quiet all at once.

There isn't a phone in the front lobby so you can't rely on the staff to help plan stuff once you get there.Better to email before you leave or just stop by to plan stuff.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. Excellent breakfast on the teracce overlooking the river. Room excellently designed, vey nice. Well working wi-fi. Bicycles free of charge. Excellent location close to temples. Very easy to find.

- Le bruit episodique de la rue longeant la riviere - le personnel a la caisse ne savait pas utiliser la machine a payer par carte de credit, Heureusement, une banque n etait pas tres loin

Kleines ruhiges Boutique Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre und freundliches immer bemühtes Personal. Schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, schöne Frühstücksterrasse, gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis

Frühstücksauswahl war gut, könnte aber besser sein. Pool fehlt leider.
