Excellent service from the front desk. Got us in way before check-in time even though they had to clean the room early especially for us. Nothing was too much to trouble for the very helpful lady. They made sure our requests were met including room with a view. We looked out right over the Med in a freshly refurbished room. All in all a great little hotel with exceptional staff and a fantastic Lebanese breakfast (you must try the foule - it was the best we've ever had).

Bedding was two singles pushed together but I think that was because they wanted to give us the best room they had available and it just happened to have two singles.

The receptionist helped us a lot, even after the check out.

This was an amazing stay! We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and found the staff to be very warm, friendly, and helpful. I would love to return!!

The hotel is small so the service is personal and friendly. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. This is not the place for you if you require stuffy 5* formality. The location is hard to beat. Our room looked over the sea and the sunsets were just wonderful - it would be hard to find a hotel overlooking the Meditteranean Sea at these prices. The rooms are fairly compact and a little tied but very clean, big balcony, tv, ac, fridge and wireless connection. It's a short walk into the centre of Byblos the soux and the castle. The room charge includes a Lebanese style breakfast which was more than adequate to set you up for a day of sightseeing. We were very pleased with our choice and thought Byblos was an excellent choice as a base to explore Lebanon.

The nearby restaurants and hotels hold weddings and parties which can be qutie noisy at night.

staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and always with a smile seaview room was basic but clean and comfortable and with proper balcony food was plentiful but basic.The buffet breakfast included hot options and could betaken on the open dining balcony The public beach was immediately below the hotel but was rather dirty and unkempt. I would be very happy to stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to anyone seeking a cheaper alternative to the more expensive beachfront options in Byblos

Sehr freundliche Besitzer und Mitarbeiter, sehr hilfsbereit, tolle Lage direkt am Meer und nah an den touristischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Byblos ist überhaupt sehr zu empfehlen, einer der schönsten Küstenorte im Libanon, gutes Frühstück, schöne und helle Zimmer

Cet hôtel se situe très près du centre historique de Byblos. La vue sur la mer est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et sert de bons produits locaux.

Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes. Service a minima.

La ubicación es muy buena, convenientemente cerca de una pequeña playa.

l'accueil, le personnel attentionné, souriant. et efficace. la situation ,à 200m de la vielille ville, au bord de la plage. ambiance "f.amiliale" nous sommes restes 15 jours, nous etions donc un peu "chez nous"

la plage est un peu bruyante à cause de la musique certains jours. menage des fois un peu juste, nous avons reclame ,et ça allait mieux.

Небольшая уютная гостиница, 50 м от пляжа, в 10 минутах ходьбы от ресторанов и магазинов.

Часто не работал лифт, вокруг гостиницы немало мусора, вода в море грязная.

Die Räume und die Zimmer sind angenehm sauber und mit Laminatboden ausgestattet. Das Personal ist aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Auf alle Fragen kamen kompetente Antworten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und großzügig aufgebaut.

Very nice hotel near the beach and close to the castle and the shops of Byblos.The people are very nice and ready to help you at any time.

The staff friendliness and helpfulness as well as attention to details was beyond anything we have experienced before. We would definitely return there in the future.

The location, it is easy to find on any mobile map.

The bed sheets could have been cleaner.
