Great location in Achrafieh near to lots of great restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were excellent and service was intimate with none of the stiff impersonality of the larger chain hotels. Room furnishings are extremely luxurious and tasteful, bathroom fabulous - overall a home from home. I won't bother looking elsewhere when next in Beirut. The construction work going on around the hotel meant sitting outside on the roof terrace during daytime wasn't really an option.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The room we booked was at the rear of the hotel and there was construction work underway on a nearby building. We asked if we could be moved and were delighted to be immediately upgraded to a better room at the front of the hotel. Nothing whatsoever to complain or even grumble about !

Orijinal bir otel, servis/sunum çok iyi.. otele özel bir konu değil ama odaların baktığı tarafta inşaat vardı ve sabah erken çalışmaya başladıkları için erken uyanmak durumunda kaldık
