one of the best hotels i have stayed in, best king suite is named Melqart, very stylish and modern designs, the ambiance is very comfortable and cosy, the view is fantastic, the staff so helpful, the food was great. that was my second time stay in this hotel.

The hotel room was wonderfully spacious, clean, great design and layout. We had a great view of the ruins from our window. The staff was friendly.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Friendly staff, nice view and reasonable pricing. Friendly atmosphere and in the center of the old city of Byblos.

Convenient location near jbeil monuments...

The room is way too small, the view on near building where people can just see you in your room. The room floor was all dusty, I had to ask to change the bed and pillows cos it wasnt clean at all, Had hair and bad odor especially the pillow.

The decor of the hotel is very nice and the room has a clean feel

Hotel furniture is still very new and modern. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very close to Jbeil old city market and castle. Very close to the beach.

Breakfast buffet was not available all days (sometimes you need to order breakfast Ala Carte)

I liked the room design and the fact that each floor at the hotel has a distinctive theme. The room was spacious enough and the Jacuzzi was cool. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would definitely reserve again at Aleph Boutique if I would visit Jbeil again.

They need to care for maintenance issues more. The lock of the toilet door was broken and we could not lock the door at all times. There was also a control knob at the Jacuzzi broken. The shower area needs more maintenance and cleaning especially due to our type of water in Lebanon which causes the sprinkles to close.

The unique modern rooms were very appealing. The jacuzzi was fantastic.

Good location with friendly staff

The suite is nicely designed but too small for a suite and unfortunately ill maintained (curtain rails didn't work, tv had mediocre channels, and there were drawings made by marker around the jaccuzzi that no one bothered to clean). Breakfast was terrible as if it was someone's left overs a little effort is needed to make it a good hotel by paying more attention to details At best it is a 3 stars and not worth the room rate they are charging

Excellent Location: walking distance from the souks, pubs, and restaurants.

Loved the suite. Very modern. Big sitting area with flat tv. Lovely views from the many windows. You can see the sea, coast and castle. The higher the floor the better the view. We stayed in the "azyaa" suite on the 2nd floor. Each suite has a theme.... Really cool boutique hotel. Excellent staff who made our stay enjoyable. We also stayed in one of the regular rooms for one night when we extended our stay. Would definitely recommend paying extra for the suite though, as the regular rooms are quite small, with only one window, whereas the suite is spacious with 4 windows offering nice views, with lots of storage space. My son didn't want to leave!

House keeping not very meticulous about cleanliness- wooden flooring definitely needed wiping (son ended up with dirty feet walking barefoot) and tables a bit dusty. Toilets, beddings and everything else was very clean.
