I felt like I was at home with my family, I would highly recommend whoever is going on a trip to Lebanon to stay at the Old Souk Guest House, the environment is so friendly... Romantic. The view of this hotel is wonderful. clean, air cond., Safe box,free wi-fi . Thank you to all the staff...

There is nothing I didnt like about the Hotel..

The place is amazing, surrounded by a garden area and a sea view room was everything we needed! Relaxing & romantic mood for couples, it is more recommended in spring/summer time. It is close to restaurants, pubs... The toilet was really unique made of rocks. It is a vintage hotel simply!!

Beds need maintenance, it is nice to add colorful bed-sheets to the rooms.

I liked the view of the hotel.

It is very small hotel with no sign and it is not at the main road so be prepared to carry your luggage and climb stairs to reach it. There is no reception and staff to help you only the owners. Plus, it is remote so if you would like to grab a sandwish you should take a taxi. In addition to that many things were broken when I was there like the safe and the flushing system.

The hospitality of the staff is the best . (the hospitality of the lebaneses in general is number 1 in the hold world)... They are ready to help you all the time and you will never say no. The view of this hotel is wonderful. Good clean, air cond., Safe box,free wi-fi etc. If I have to put the finger on something, is the fact is hard to find it because we did not see any indication with the name of the hotel ( we arrived at 5 A.M. and was nobody on the street to ask for ) . Location : Very near to Jeita Grotto, Harissa, Jounieh, just 30 min from Beirut .we will stay again at almond blooms ! Thank you to all the staff... Fam Bassil

Almond Blooms is an establishment distinguished with a 'guest' centered service. Members of the staff provided service with a welcoming smile that i believe came from their hearts. The environment is enchanting - a mix of a beautiful architecture with modern amenities. Air conditioning is superb.

It is a very small place, the staff was friendly.

Very friendly and helpful owner; a 'family feel' when you sit at the terrace; View over the Mediterranean Sea coast; close to Beirut, Harrissa and Byblos; rooms are new and very well decorated; the old souk at Zouk Mkyel (200m walk from the hotel) is really beautiful; a very tasty breakfast with a view.

This guesthouse is not signed in any way so you can pass by and won't notice it, also there is no reception - it means that if you come on your own and the owner is not present nobody will welcome you. Call before arrival and make sure he is there. Staff (owners family?) is hard to be identified (apart a Bangladeshi couple) as they mingle with the other guests - it's kinda game of guessing who and where to ask for anything.

The hotel is very nice and intimate, it is a fair value for sure, the staff were very nice, the hotel is clean, the garden is very nice, and that is the most that can be done given the area and the facility. Mr. Hicham, is a very nice person, and i think its worth a try... i love the area, but not much to be done over-there, i think a weekend in the area is more than enough it will for sure be a good memory and, i will come back again... thats for sure,,,

Very clean and calm hotel for relaxation with very beautiful sea and mountains view, and perfect location for access everywhere in Lebanon starting from Beirut to Jbeil -Byblos. Mr. Hicham and his staff were expert in let you feel comfort in every moment, even when you need any outing recommendation with excellent trip plan, he is realy perfect trip planner. at all it was amazing accommodation, I will go this hotel when I visit Lebanon again and I strongly recommend it for any couple or family as well. I went to Lebanon with my mum and decided to stay at Almond Blooms Guest House on the way from Beirut to Byblos. I couldnt have made a better choice. Both me and mum loved it there. Great location in a quiet area with beautiful view, friendly people, wonderful breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Just perfect for us. When they got to know mum was gonna turn 75 years old while in Lebanon they even bought a birthdaycake that we eat together with the friendly staff. When time came for us to leave, we simply wish we could have stayed longer. We highly reccomend Almond Blooms Guesthouse to other travellers and hope we can visit there again.

First of all I would like to say thank you for Mr.Hicham and his family. I felt really as at home with their kindness and hospitality. Guest house is a perfect place to stay with family, with kids, alone. It's calm and quiet place. Every day you will enjoy perfect view and nice atmosphere around. Even you have short trip in Lebanon, Hicham can help you to organize trips all around the most interesting places. Hope my next trip I will stay here too :)

An excellent guest house. Family atmosphere. It is recommended for guests with children. Staff and owner of all the forces trying to please the customer. Any request will not go unanswered. Ask and ask! Great new rooms. Well equipped rooms (air conditioning, TV, bathroom fixtures). Hearty breakfast. Great location.Near several restaurants and souvenir shops. The cheapest souvenirs! Location away from the main road. Sleep comfortably in silence. Near a large parking lot. The breathtaking views from the rooms on the second floor. We recommend the second floor! Excellent value for money.I would like to return to Lebanon again, and this guest house. Thanks to the owner and staff.

Le cadre magnifique.

Sur les anciens commentaire il était dit que le personnel étaient aux petits soins mais il y a eu un changement de propriétaire nous n avons pas trouver la convivialité plus de viste de la grotte rien pour nous faire découvrir la région les restaurants et autres trop dommage. '

La vue magnifique sur la baie de Jounieh, le plaisir de la détente et du calme dans un jardin fleuri, le personnel accueillant, tres gentil et toujours prêt à renseigner.

Het Guest House is prachtig gelegen en heeft een mooi uitzicht over Jounieh en de Middellandse Zee. Het is er rustig en het personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Als je een taxi nodig hebt dan kun je dit het beste via hun regelen want dan krijg je tenminste een comfortabele taxi met een fatsoenlijke taxi chauffeur die je voor een acceptabele prijs overal naartoe rijdt. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar voldoen prima en hebben goede bedden. Het ontbijt is goed en lekker. Mocht je van huisdieren houden dan is dit Guest House de juiste plek om naartoe te gaan, ze hebben momenteel 5 ontzettend lieve katten en wij vonden dat geweldig. Als we weer naar Libanon gaan, dan gaan wij zeker weer naar hetzelfde adres, zo goed is het ons bevallen. Hicham, de eigenaar kan je ook helpen met het plannen van allerlei uitstapjes en staat altijd voor je klaar. Kortom, echt een aanrader!!
