The value for money is great. The restaurant is great

The Internet provided is very secured, YouTube and apple video services are blocked, the satellite tv channels need to be upgraded The room walls are thin and you can hear everything from the lobby

It's interesting designs for every part of it ..

I liked every thing in this hotel staff, building, food, swimming pool, room services ... etc. every thing were fantastic and I will go back to this hotel soon

Staff Service was not friendly. No one helped to carry the luggage. Room service were not available at night.

Taxi fees is very expensive. $ 20 for 5 minutes to the airport was too much to pay.

Near to airport, Style, Colors, Friendly Staff and Good Air Conditions

Poor cleaning (hairs were found on the belows, bed & on bathroom floor) We've booked two rooms with 90 USD/night rate, when we arrived we found the two rooms in the 4th floor where the elevator doesn't reach and my colleague has troubles in his knees & heart so we asked to go to lower floor, then the front desk staff changed us our rooms to 1st floor but less style without considering this in the price and this unfair and of course we will never deal with this hotel again since noway that they understand and noway that they change their way of thinking and dealing with the customers, so simply they lost us forever although we are going to Beirut several times next period and we are planning to hold some seminars there but never to do it in Assaha hotel which doesn't care the fairness under name of HOTEL POLICY (which is to take only and never make up) We would like to deal with you but not this hotel where cleaning & fairness are missing and i believe will be missing for long time Hence either you advise the hotel management to fix their weakness points or you replace them with another hotel in your list Thanks

Nothing, I think that it is not 5 star hotel. No swiming pool and garden as mentioned in your site, it has a bad view and location as a 5 star hotel.

My baggage did not arrive. The staff were extremely helpful. A warning- it is only five minutes from the airport. As my baggage did not arrive, and my phone was not working, I was anxious to get to the hotel. The taxi cost $20- I knew I was being ripped off. The hotel might somewhere include what the real price of a taxi should be.

I like the location near Airport when arriving late @ night friendliness of personal and the utmosfear , wish you all the success for the future

Thae nice attitude of staff towards visitors and the nice traditional way the hotel was buit.I Like it because it takes you deep in the old days of construction.I Like the way of bed and the clean and preparation of room.It's price is great due to it's location. I recommend it for anybody in future

The room was very clean and has nice decoration like castle. It has very wenderful sitting eara outside for dining which give you a relaxeing feeling. The food veriaty was very good. It has so many resturants. It look like a castle from outside and inside.

An excellent facility with a included buffet breakfast next to none in selection and quality food. Very convenient to the BEY Airport and for a mere Twenty Dollars US you can catch a ride to the airport in a vintage London cab.

Amazing Hotel deserve the 10 points, its a unique hotel in every aspect starting from the classic atmosphere which takes you hundreds of years ago of Lebanon's history to the fact that all its revenue goes to charity organization. Another thing for conservative people or those who are traveling with family and want to be isolated from nightlife things which Beirut is famous for this is the ideal place. Thirdly, for the very low price you pay you get in return an excellent services and facilitates not to mention the decoration pattern of the rooms which is a piece of art. Overall its a must-visit hotel.

I contracted Food Poisoning from the breakfast meal on 05 April 2012. Food Poisoning deteriorated into Gastroenteritis. I was in the hospital until 10 April 2012 with fear my kidneys would shut down. Sicker I have never been. I am now, 09 days later able to eat tiny very select items but still have not regained my strength. Not certain this ordeal is completely over. I ate no other food since leaving my home in the US until the evening meal at the Assaha on 04 April 2012 so there is no doubt when I was made ill and almost assassinated. For sure I cannot recommend one to stay at this hotel if one plans to partake in the food. I ,for certain, will not stay at the ASSAHA again. Tommy Shook
