Staff don't function after 12 Wifi is bad No room service after 12 No swimming pool
Professional service the cleanliness of the hotel and most of all the perfect location
No parking and the Valet guy asked for a 2-day parking fee, it should be included in the room tariff
Excellent location and lovely restaurant right on the sea. Our room was spacious and well kept. We recommended to others.
Only remark is that it's quite pricey.
Beautiful view, big and comfortable room
Wedding in the hotel. Very (very!!!!) loud music till 2 am. And when we thought it was over and we could have a sleep they started 1,5-hour of deconstruction of decorations with ugly metallic noise. It was totally unavailable to sleep till 3.30 am. That is not what you should get when you pay $250 per night. No one informed that they gonna have wedding just in front of our windows. 3 times we asked to turn off the music from 12 am till 2 am. They haven't... Very disappointed!!!
every think was perfect
Location is excellent, that's why we booked a second stay.
How can a hotel become so run down in just 2 years??? Our shower was unhygenic with visible built up grime. We requested it to be cleaned 3 times before my husband lost it and cleaned it himself on the third day of our stay. The staff didn't seem to be embarrassed or care at all. The staff also couldn't manage to find us a car to hire either and we had to do that ourselves too. A new generator kept us awake all night buzzing and rumbling through the night, but the staff didn't seem to think it necessary to warn us of this before our stay commenced, nor did they apologise or offer any gesture to compensate. We stayed there is 2012 and it was a first class hotel. Today it is dirty, the staff are indifferent and I wouldn't even rate it a 2 star. it is old, tired and filthy, and for peak summer it had no guests or atmosphere. I wouldn't go back ... EVER, even if it was HALF the price. We left before the end of our stay and forfeited the cost. Beware of hotels that require full payment up front and will not modify your booking. I wanted to change my dates (take one day off at the start and add a day on at the end) 5 minutes after I hit "pay" online, but the hotel would only agree if I paid for an extra day. Who does that 2 months before a booking date??? Also the breakfast is very ordinary and the guests are all quite elderly but that's probably because the hotel is the most expensive one in the area.
The hotel is excellent. Great location and view with three different restaurants. The staff is super nice. Rooms are super clean and spacious.
Wi-Fi connection was terrible in the room, and what made it worse that 3G connection was not any better in the area. We had to go to the balcony for good 3G connection. The breakfast was too modest with little variety for a 5 stars hotel.
Great location, comfortable room and with the fastest check in I've experienced
staff are very friendly and helpful adding personal touch to the hotel specially are reception and restaurant . rooms are very nice and food is the best .
Rate for the hotel is on the higher side ..showers are a bit transparent (glass overlooking the room not fully sandblasted)which could make a , problem if room is shared with children and swimming pool is poor.with poor service ,
Beautiful place and surroundings..great breakfast.. The walk to the market was wonderful.
Problems with electricity..had to drive away to get to a sandy shore
spacious rooms- friendly staff
- Location - View (all rooms are sea facing!) - Great breakfast lounge/ views - Very romantic venue - Helpful front desk / service staff - Parking could be a hassle (there is a cheap-ish valet service)
- Access to small private pool only (and the sea, which is not exactly the cleanest parts of the Mediterranean)
Nice decorated room with good amenities! Nice sea & sunset view Very good breakfast They faced an electricity power outage very quickly
The swimming pool & surrounding area very poor & the check in was not the best for such a 4+ star hotel
Nice room . Breakfast cozy with a nice view on the port . Hotel well located next to the old castle ,souk . Pubs and restaurants.
Small swimming pool and Very hard to swim in the sea since there is no ladder to go down and up .
It's a nice cozy hotel great location , staff specially mr Ghassan at the door and the girls at the front desk .
Expensive specially the valet parking service! very noisy at night specially weekend .
