We had an amazing view. Spacious room. Huge balcony with Jacuzzi. Very close to the historical attractions (2 min driving).

Beautiful room with great view. Staff was lovely and because we had a late flight they kindly let us stay for 4 hours after check out. Initially thought a bit far from the old town but after we walked it once we realized not that far and worth it for having the lovely view. Breakfast was really limited and quite bland.

the hospitality was excellent,the location is perfect,a good walk to main center and to the byblos touristic area,the breakfast was very fair comparing to what is paid. room was very clean,toilet as well,all the necessary things were available. well,i suggest to include a hair dryer in the room.

Stayed here in June and would highly recommend this place. Comfortable beds, good view, good variety for breakfast, excellent friendly service, short walk to center and main city attractions, almost all the friendly staff spoke English

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean with a great seaview and a balcony. The breakfast buffet had a wide range on offer and of a good standard. The hotel felt like it was new and, for the price we paid, it far exceeded our expectations.

J'ai été très satisfait de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et l'entretien quotidien est parfait. L'hôtel est très bien situé (5 min à pied de la vieille ville et bord de mer). Le personnel est très compétent et bilingue. Il est dévoué et fait un maximum pour vous aider. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et des choses peuvent être faite à la minute comme un crêpe ou autre selon vos envie. Je vous conseille fortement cet hôtel, vous ne serez pas décu !

حقيقة أعجبني الموقع الممتاز الذي يتمتع به الفندق فهو اقرب الفنادق إلى مستشفى سيدة المعونات ويتميز أيضا بقربه من جميع ما قد يحتاجه السائح من محلات تجارية ومطاعم ومقاهي وبنوك وكذلك يتميز بسهولة وسرعة الوصول إلى المعالم الأثرية والقلعة التراثية والأسواق الشعبية والشاطىء الجميل في منطقة جبيل. والأهم في ذلك فقد أعجبني حسن الاستقبال والضيافة و التعامل الراقي من قبل القائمين على إدارة الفندق والعاملين به وحرصهم الشديد على توفير جميع سبل الراحة والخدمة للنزيل كما أعجبني التصميم الداخلي الراقي للفندق وأثاث وسعة الغرف التي تبعث الراحة للنزيل وكذلك نظافة الفندق والغرف وكيفية الاهتمام بهم بشكل دوري. كما أن توفر خدمة الانترنت في الغرفة عند طلبها بسعر مناسب كان مريحا جدا وسعر الإقامة بالغرفة مقابل الافطار الشهي المتنوع والموقع القريب من مستشفى سيدة المعونات والخدمات المقدمة كان مناسبا ومرضيا جدا.

It was a nice surprise to be upgraded to a suite when I arrived. The service was great, staff very nice, the room simply great. I was sorry not to be able to use the jacuzzi on the balcony because it was a bit too cold... The hotel is a bit too far from the center to walk.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à l'hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu l'excellente surprise d'avoir été upgradé en junior suite. Notre chambre était particulièrement spacieuse, écran plat et un grand balcon donnant sur la mer avec un jacuzzi tout neuf et sans vis-à-vis :) Le rapport qualité/prix est extrêmement bon. L'hôtel est bien situé, plein de snacks à 2 min et enfin très facile à trouver. Le personnel était très serviable.
