All staff from the manager Mr. Wassim, Tony, Maria, Justine and Ralf were wonderful in all ways, i would recommend the hotel to all my friends.
There is nothing i didnt like.
The size of the rooms was very good and the view from the balcony as well.. the location is near byblos so you can take a walk if you wanted..
There was no water kettle or anything hot to drink such as tea or nescafe when we woke up and the door at first wouldn't open
Everything mainly jacuzzi with sea view
The accommodation and welcoming were excellent especially with the welcome drink and the room service
Not being close to Byblos old town meant that it was quite. It was only a 5 minute walk to old town. We enjoyed our stay the rooms were great.
Room smelt of cleaning products. Minor comment not a criticism
location, cleanliness, breakfast
There is no drinking glasses in room. A large bottle of water and 2 glasses would be good.
Location, hospitality, cleanliness.
Very kind employees in the whole hotel ! Big comfortable rooms ! Easy to find from the main road from Beirut ! Easy free parking onsite ! Nice good hotel within walking distance of ancient Byblos !
The hotel could provide some free maps of the surroundings , and of Lebanon in general , which would facilitate visiting the country by car !
very good location, very nice view nice staff quality price is perfect
there was a lot of noise
the service was superb. location of the hotel. the sea view of the hotel.
It was very nice hotel and the location is near from every things ,,, the staff are kindly
1. Fantastic staff at reception. Very attentive and eager to help with any enquiry or request 2. Spacious, light and airy rooms with nice views over the old town and Mediterranean 3. Good wifi signal but it was inclined to cut out after a relative short period of inactivity 4 The owner Najwa was absolutely charming and would be right at home as the chatelaine of any grande luxe hotel in the world.
1. It is a little difficult to negotiate the way down to the old town on foot, especially having to cross some lethal motorways to get there. Drivers in Lebanon are almost as bad as those in Cairo or Mexico City so a lot of care is required in traversing the streets - even small ones. 2. Breakfast selection was a little meagre but a freshly cooked omelette was offered. Coffee could be better. 3. Lots of hanging space but no drawers for folded items
The balcony view is amazing
The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. They are always happy and ready to serve. Thanks to Wassim Safi, Cynthia Rizk, Maria & Mohammad (Mimi). The hotel is extremely clean. We were on a honeymoon vacation. The hotel prepared our room with special decorations rich with flowers. Everyone seemed to be happy with us. Everyday at breakfast the staff were asking us for any special dish we like and they served us with free extra desserts.
The bathroom lacks for a hairdryer. The king size double bead is two adjacent single beads.
Very hospitable and friendly
Comfortable and great value for money. Staff are very hospitable and warm
