perfect location, coffee facilities in the room, good breakfast
noise from the near by club on Friday night
Everything was perfect and they do everything to help you in your accommodation
Some noise in night came from bar cafe behind the hotel
The location and staff are very helpful.
On the weekend there is a pub across the street that didn't stop playing music till midnight.
friendly, welcoming and helpful staff
the first night of my stay, there was loud voices coming from people probably sitting in the business center on the second floor, and smell of cigarette smoke as well.
We liked almost everything-our room was big enough, food was very tasty and the personal was very friendly!
Good value for money. Great bed. Bathroom can be nice too (not all but still ok). Great neighborhood. The Prague is a trendy bar/restaurant not too far (the shrimps are excellent). Good staff. Free wifi. The guide was good too.
Nothing! For a higher standard you can go elsewhere but for the price don't go any farther.
the people london bar
The hospitality of the crew made all the difference .
I had hard time skyping .
Price compared to service
Everything except the view from the room. The driver from the hotel, Faris Saraiddine, is a great driver and good guide, will take you safely in Lebanon´s dangerous roads with terrible drivers. Nice trip to Byblos, Baalbek and the Grotto
The claustrophobic feeling when the shutter is closed. Terrible view from the room, a rundown building, too close for privacy
The friendliness of the staff The location The breakfast with a bit of more fresh juice will be excellent
The humidity was quite high in the room
Location: Excellent. Driver: very good and brave. Wifi: not bad. Cozy Room. Reasonable price.
Less choice at breakfast. little noise at night near the bar.
large room with facilities (coffee and tea) and central location
earlier check in and late check out not available
Breakfast buffet not that wooow
friendly staff, cleanness quietness (double-layered glass) breakfast location within Hamra region
infrequent interruption in wifi sometimes unusual strange odour (?from carbet or furnitre
one of staff asked me foolish and stupied quezs about room no floor which never heard in ahotel
The hotel is in a good and safe location. I had a pick up service from the airport that is cheaper than taxi and with nicer car. The staff was good also as well as the breakfast.
I stayed only 1 night, but my room had a terrible noise of the pipes in the walls. I did not have a chance to change the room, but only to report it to the front desk.
This hotel was recommened to me by friends. The rooms are modern, comfortable, client and very quiet (and I stayed on the street side). The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is just perfect, right next to Hamra and its many shops and cafés. I will definitely stay at the Cavalier again next time I am in Beirut.
The breakfast room looks a bit dated. Breakfast was decent (no thrill) - I would have loved to be able to order freshly made scrambled eggs or omelet (there was omelet in a heating station but it wasn't great).
staff is exceptional friendly and helpful
Cleanliness Quietness Staff Location Food
Every thing was just perfect, the staff were very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was good with many varieties. The room was clean & tidy .Finally the location is central and close to every thing.
I think that the hotel is located in a perfect area in Beirut, the downtown is really close. Hotel staff are so friendly, and helpful. The room is nice and they have a double glass window in each room so you wont hear the noise from outside.
The pillow was uncomfortable
