The hotel is centrally located if you are visiting more than one region in Lebanon. Very clean and luxurious They may want to work on the Internet connection

The staff is very friendly, well trained and helpful. Chtaura Park hotel is considered to be the best hotel in the region given that many VIPs stayed in it repetitively. The hotel is very well equipped enabling you to spend a great break out of the city wether you are a couple or a family. Miss Lebanon Pageant runners were staying at the hotel during the same week end.With its pool and nice set up it is a great place for outdoor events and a base for the region The breakfast could be having more varietes.

Excellent Situation, easy to commute between North and South, East and West. Friendly and helpful staff Some rooms need serious maintenance in the bath room ( some tiles need to be fixed, dirty silicones around the bath tubs, hair dryer out of order

La beauté des lieux, le confort dans la chambre, la nourriture Les femmes de chambres devraient mieux laver les toilettes quotidiennement. Mon bébé de 10 mois n'avaient pas de matelas dans son berceau et a donc du dormir sur des couettes repliées : confort 0. Aussi les receptionnistes de l'hôtel qui essaient de vous "rendre service" en vous donnant des contacts de leur famille pour vos besoins de coiffeurs, taxis... Et qui s'avèrent être des arnaqueurs.

There is a certain nostalgic feeling to this hotel, which used to be the residence of many world-class artists who used to perform at the Baalabek Festival in the 1960s. The aura is still there, even though the signs of old age are quite prominent. The reception staff is quite friendly but in need of some training in modern day hotel business. The furniture in the dinning room and the lobby is very old.

The place lives up to its reputation. Clean rooms. The hotel is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secluded location yet very close to anything you need. It's in the center of Lebanon just off the main road to Beirut The internet connection was poor. For a business traveler it was the only bad note in a very good over all experience
