I tried to call someone from reception but the stuff informed me that I need to go to my room to make.a call because there's no line in reception ...so I recommend to open the line for the guest otherwise he dont need to go his room

Never go there!!! I booked a room online for 125/night. When I got to the hotel they said the rate has changed and now I need to pay 189/night or go find another hotel. I used my credit card to book the room but they didn't charge the card as they informed my at the booking time that they will collect when I arrive. I had no idea they will extort me like that!

Many hidden expensive extra expenses, poor Internet(WiFi), some rooms are very poor occupied and furnished (there weren't even enough towels in bathroom), Staff is very unhelpful, hotel location is in a dangerous area and full of troubles and crimes. My worst hotel staying in my life.

Based on my reservation the room showed much better than the one you gave me and it was paid for by my brother credit card ,but you had to really bother me and I don't appropriate that.

The room was bad,and you should treat people in a better way. You need to teach your sttaf to welcome gust not otherwise.

Its Location and Sea View is amazing

I stayed in this hotel many times before. Always good. This time my room was noisy due to a wedding taking place in a near by venue. I complained to reception and within two minutes the manager on duty (Mr.Wael) was there to move me to an upgraded room away from the noise. Very good service as always.

My vecation at Coral Beach hotel was very very nice ,My children & wife were very happy at swimming pool and see view. Only two minutes drive to Raoucheh area.

Overall it is ok , price in comparison with the hotel facilities .

Very bad greeting service. Staff was not trained to deal wIth a booking.com reservation. I arrived at midnight. The front desk person actually told me that there was another hotel with similar name that might have my reservation. I had to access my iPad to show him the reservation. And yet, he looked at it and said this is not a confirmation from Coral beach!!!! He offered to book me at a higher rate.

Location is great if you are looking for something that is close to the city, yet not part of the noise pollution etc...The privacy is excellent.

We always opt for the preferred room and once by mistake booked the standard room – I advise against this. The price difference isn’t that huge, the quality and lay out of the room is massively different. Additionally note, there are multiple lay outs of the rooms / suites and for some reason they try and put you in the worst one?! It is worth the frustration and persistence on getting the changing rooms for the right one. Last room we stayed in is 354! Price is high globally, but very reasonable for Beirut.

The valet parking of our car said that they will charge us 12$ for the car, they ended up charging 24$ per night for the car, which should be anyways for free!! If they include breakfast in the price, the price would be reasonable because the breakfast will be charged 25$ per person.

Nothing, the hotel is old and run down. The first room we stayed in smelled so bad, we suffocated.

The hotel was very nice, swimming pools beautiful, staff were helpful and nice. Location far from city center.

Actually I can not complain about anything, when I requested to change the room to premium they changed it immediately, with additional cost, but they gave me what I was looking for.

Convenient location with a very nice swimming pool. Prices were reasonable.

Although Internet service is available, but the daily requirement to get a password card and lack of those at night was not good.
