Breakfast was awful, you go and you find no food to eat, very very limited options of food. Internet WIFI is very bad and very slow. Furniture is very old and in bad status.
Jad at the reception was very helpful and courteous and made our stay more pleasant.
The facilities are overall good. Breakfast has good varieties. Good price.
There was NO tea kit in the room. All 4 star hotels that I have been to provide such facility. Here they provide it in suites only. The hotel is situated in an area with deserted back streets with no many shops and restaurants. The internet access allows only one device not more.
Good value, very clean, good location, very comfortable sleep, very friendly staff.
WiFi very slow, no wine opener in room. Could not find hotel phone directory or quick dial buttons to call laundry or reception etc. So phone only there to call externally.
Staff is very friendly they upgraded me to suite for free Food is good and prices are resnable
WIFI is very BAD allover the hotel nothing to see or to do around the hotel
Room was upgraded at no extra cost. Friendly staff facilities and location
The breakfast seriously needs an upgrade !
Breakfast varieties and quality is very good. Room size is good as well as bathroom. Location is perfect 3 mins away from downtown rarely is there any crowd even with crowd max 5 to 10 mins to get on high way. I recommend hotel for everyone I never change my stay
Nothing any problem I had even in previous stays was resolved right away.
The hotel located in calm area
This was a very short business stay. The Hotel was in a convenient location and the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were what you would expect and the buffet breakfast good. I chose this hotel partly for it's proximity to the Museum and luckily I had some time to walk down and visit the Museum, which gave an interesting insight into Lebanon's history.
The hotel in on a spur road off the main road, so there are no passing taxis. Therefore you have to ask staff to book you a taxi. These did not always come at the promised time.
Friendly and helpful staff
Lousy neighborhood, really polluted, busy traffic.
Room fully equipped, Generous bathroom supplies, Actively helpful cheerful staff members
Staff was courteous and attentive
On the website all rooms are advertised as having a bath tub. In reality only suites do. Air condition was a bit noisy
A friendly staff A great location A delicious brackefast
I would like the managment to pay a little bit more attention to the details I was not pleased with Dirty shower heads Unstable mattresses Distribution of electricity plugs Lack of a variety of tv channels
The staff are welcoming and attentive.
The complimentary fruit basket was rotten. Several TV channels were not showing well. The shower was not clean at all.
Staff is excellent, service was perfect, always very helpfull, checking if all was good every now and then Thank you Guys&Girls
-The WIFI was bad but once complained about that they provide me with a solution
The staff, the hospitality, the location, the breakfast - everything is perfect!
The staff were top notch. They had no problems with upgrading our room and providing excellent customer service. Breakfast was a good selection. Valet parking was great, considering the size of the street. All in all, a great place to stay outside of downtown.
Needs some TLC in the hallways. Walls need to be painted and the furniture needs to be modernized.
