The Hotel facilities like Elexire Spa and Restaurants are pretty good The mall just next to the hotel so practicle Staff are not really friendly , I have expected better staff quality for such hotel was asking for an airport transfer they were asking for 35 $ plus 10% taxes just for a normal taxi or I got the best Taxi services from London Taxi for 25$ only.The parking charge is very exaggerated 17$ per day and on the top of that They have charged me extra 107 $ called currency change difference things that never happened to me with none of the hotel during all my trips all over the world

On the business front I had some difficulties due to the breakdown of my Laptop Computer. But the staff especially Ms. Nada Mechlels who worked in the Concierge was very very helpful when I went down to use the Business Centre facilities. Her approach to help me, without telling her any of my problems was really a high point in my stay at Hilton. I hope you will feedback this to the Hotel authorities. Thank you Shri Size of room, cleanliness, helpful staff, especially Ms. Nada, its proximity to my customer address etc

I have picked this hotel for a night before our flight to Italy for our honeymoon. The main reason was the good reputation of Hilton, location (close to the airport) and luxury. Room were really clean, spacious and had comfortable beds. Staff are nice and friendly. Breakfast is really good. This hotel is quite good if you want to be close to the city, for business or a night before a flight. For a 5 stars hotel and for the price you pay Internet has to be free plus it gets a bit noisy in the morning (mainly horns) but beside that the hotel is great and I would Definetly return there.

Läget pefekt i trevligt lugnt område med restauaranger och köpcentra. Stora möblerade balkonger. Förstaklass rum. Kaffekokare. Saknade en riktig samlingsplats och bar på entréplanet.

Schöne Lage über Beirut mit herrlichem Blick. Typisches etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hilton. Es dauert 15 Min. vom Hotel in die Innenstadt Es gibt reizvollere Bleiben in Beirut mit einem besseren Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

الشي الوحيد الجيد عندهم خدمة الغرف و أكلهم لذيذ طاقم الاستقبال غير بشوش أبدا ، و ممكن يتركك و يكمل كلام مع عميل اخر ، غير الهمز و اللمز بين موظفي الاستقبال لما عرفوا اننا من السعودية ،، وحجز لنا غرفة بسريرين اذا كنا نريد دور عالي و اذا كنا نريد غرفة بسرير واحد فلا يوجد الا في الأدوار اللي في الأسفل ( مع انه الفندق كان فااااضي ) و لا يوجد به نزلاء كثير

Le personnel est accueillant et très discret, ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Tout est a disposition (table a repasser, kit couture, chausse pieds...) Et le plus important pour moi, la literie est de tres bonne qualité J'ai été étonné de la qualité du fer à repasser... J'ai du l'utiliser et celui ci était plein de calcaire, ce qui a laissé des traces blanches sur mes vetements. Nous sommes allés boire un verre au 31e étage (tres belle vue!) Et le service n'était pas vraiment à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le serveur était au telephone avec son telephone personnel et les cocktails sont un peu chers pour la qualité....

La gentillesse de la femme de chambre. La terrasse spacieuse. La chambre avec une belle vue. Incroyable procédure de paiement. J'ai dû faire trois versements par visa pour régler ma facture. Que de complications inutiles. Wifi pas inclus et cher alors que le prix des chambres est élevé. Prix très élevé d'un petit déjeuner médiocre.

La gentillesse du personnel de chambre la taille des chambres et la belle terrasse Incroyable complexité du paiement de la facture: trois opérations par Visa furent nécessaires wifi payante dans les chambres. Inacceptable vu le prix des chambres. Rapport qualité-prix du petit déjeuner
