The view from the upper balcony rooms is beautiful...a stunning panoramic view of the Mediterranean and Lebanese landscape. It's a good place if you just want some place to sleep, be comfortable, have air conditioning and wifi internet and be close to all of the bars and nightlife of Jounieh. Breakfast is the same every day whether you like it or not: eggs The rooms are "cleaned" but I was there for 10 days and the sheets were not changed even once. A very foul odor comes from the plumbing in the bathroom. Some of the staff is very nice...some of the younger employees seem to lack training and hospitality. The room furniture is very outdated..beds are uncomfortable. While they have a good sized property and location, the pool and grounds are not attractive. The back area could be dressed up to be a really nice, relaxing place but the unattractive furniture and HUGE bar/Lounge that is typically deserted seems to be a waste of beautiful space.

الغرف صغيرة جدا لاتتناسب مع الاجرة المقطوعة وخصوصا فى وقت رمضان ولايوجد\ سياح اضافة التكيف ضعيف وقديم لايوجد اى خدمة غرف المفروض الفندق 3 نجوم خدمة غرف يجب ان تتاكدوا من اعلاناتكم وشكرا

der ununterbrochene Blick aufs Meer wenn man Meeresblick gebucht hat. Die zentrale Lage in der Stadt mit sehr vielen attraktiven Bars und Kaffees und Restaurants. Man fühlt sich sicher und gut aufgehoben. Das ausländische Personal war zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Ich würde wohl wieder kommen. In 100 m Entfernung ist ein exzellenter reichhaltigster Supermarkt, so dass man sich tagsüber gut versorgen kann. Die Sauberkeit war teilweise nicht ausreichend: das Treppenhaus war schmutzig, wurde dann aber nach zwei Tagen geputzt. Das Schwimmbad war nicht in Betrieb und renovierungsbedürftig. Das einheimische Personal war zwar freundlich aber nicht sehr einsatzfreudig: das Hotel könnte viel mehr aus sich machen bei den guten Voraussetzungen. Der Hotelfernseher hatte keine Hotbird Programme und die Bildqualität nicht sehr gut. Das Frühstück ist noch ausbaufähig, wobei es wohl auch auf die Nationalitäten der Hotelgäste ankommt.

Great view and location Tiny bathroom, bed was like sleeping on concrete, no ventilation in bathroom, towels weren't given on a daily basis had to ask for our room to be cleaned.
