Convenient beach location in Jouneih. Close to bars and restaurants. Elevated position allowed excellent sea views . Modern and comfortable hotel.

Service was not friendly. Reception staff were not particularly helpful and room service was slow. For a hotel of this standard service needs to improve.

What I didn't like is paying twice!! I booked online and paid online and while checking out from the hotel the girl at the reception made me pay again by saying that the hotel didn't charge me online and she insisted that I won't end up paying twice so she charged my credit card again...and I got charged again so I payed twice for my stay in the hotel and I still didn't get my money back!! Thank you

The facility, room and lobby were nice, and the location was great with nice sea view, despite being in Jounieh, a bit from central Beirut.

Staff in reception was unproffesional, didn´t meet my expectation of 4 star hotel, they were to Young to handle guests requests in a proffesional way.

Our 2 days where fine, we went to Faraya, we partied in Beirut, we had lunch in Jouniyeh... Lebanon is so much fun!! Lots of things to do..

We wanted a standard room like the one we booked the previous time but they gave us a tiny room u cant walk in it, after several arguments they gave us the room we wanted but twin bed saying the hotel is fully booked, but it wasn't true since only 3 cars in the parking. We asked them to join the bed, they got surprised as if it is the 1st time some one ask them to do so.

The hotel was in a good location and had private underground parking. The room was very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean sea. Early check-in was possible at no extra charge. The front desk staff was really courteous.

I booked a room on the top floor but was instead given a room on the 2nd floor.

Two years ago, this was a fair hotel. Now, it is much worse. We booked two rooms but the hotel did not provide them next to each other, so we had to upgrade to a family suite for an extra price. The children bathroom was very dirty, and the shower door was broken, later the cleaning staff took the drain cover away causing ugly smell to come out of it. The iron leaked water. The balcony door couldn't be locked. Many items of the breakfast were old from a day before especially the pre-made tea and the juice. The smiling staff said yes to everything but achieved nothing.

Staff are friendly and smily people , thank you guyes , Merry christmas and a very happy new year .

Ants in the room. I booked a double size bed but got two seperate beds. You have to pay for internet. lobby too simple.

The staff was extremely friendly. Quality of breakfast and dinner in the Japanese restaurant, at the top of the hotel, was good. Room was good. Not very luxury but we didn't have a room with sea view. They are more beautiful. Only the location was a little bit less. 10 minutes away from the beach but very close to the highway (ideal when you want to take the bus or taxi to Byblos). We can recommand everybody this hotel. Wifi is free in the lobby. They charge you for internet at your room. But the lobby and terrace are nice places to sit and relax.

Only the distance to the beach was less.

the room service is very slow, we ordered dinner and 40 minutes later when i called room service to inquire about the order, i found out they hadn't prepared it yet, so i had to cancel it and we ate outside the hotel.

Whoever you are in a buisness trip or for leisure Holywood in hotel is your right destination.

Upon arrival we were greeted by very friendly staff, I have booked the "senior" suite for 2 nights & indeed it was such a sweet deal. The ocean & the city (including the casino) view was spectacular whether it was from the balcony or from the roof top. A decent size swimming pool. Highly recommended

During all my travel and stay in hotels i have experienced many approaches of service, but from the moment i walked into the Hollywood Inn i have been geniunly treated with at most courtesy and a sencere interest in my comfort and enjoyment of my stay. Starting from the welcoming reception, support staff, restaurant and catering teams, everyone made me feel as a personal guest to them not to the hotel... I have choosen the Hollywood Inn because of it's location that suited the purpose of my visit to lebanon, but now i never need to search a place in Lebanon... As long as the hollywood Inn has availability...

I would suggest to have in room wi-fi.. Although it's available at the lobby and restaurant...

I like the location of the hotel it is comfort and the sea view . Also I like the hotel staff . every thing was perfect

The hotel should have good noise-proof solution specially between the rooms and main corridor and until that time they should switch off the music system in the typical floors and cleaning works in the corridors to be done by minimum noise .

It was amazing and the best location. All the staff were extremely friendly and they became like family to us. The facilities were the best, and everyone was always so happy to meet our needs and make sure we were comfortable and happy. The pool area was beautiful and we loved to just spend days by the pool relaxing looking out at the view and eating some of the best sushi at the restaurant Sukara. The room we had was perfect. It was spacious with plenty of room, had a very homely and warm feeling and it was perfectly cleaned everyday. There was always 24 hours service and the staff always went out of their way to make sure we were all happy. We had an amazing buffet breakfast every morning and the lobby was a place that welcomed us to relax unwind and use the wifi. Overall we had an amazing time and Hollywood inn was the perfect hotel. Without thinking twice we would definitely return next summer and already counting down the days. I would reccomend the hotel to anyone as it is suited to all age groups from famillies to teenagers and young adults. It's in the best location with the friendliest staff and yummiest food :)

I am trying to find something that I like but could not find anything . It is really a terrible choice.

Unprofessional lady at the reception Loud depressing music in all the corridors Room shape is awkward and you will hit the bed and the tv stand to pass to the washroom Washroom smelly Room is above an electricity generator which kept me awake all nite Breakfast is terrible andwas only served after 9:30 am . No milk for coffee on Bufet . No toast bread . At 10:00 they got some jam and juices. I have never ever been in such a terrible hotel.
