Lancaster Hotel Raouche    

Perfect hotel for a city trip. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Service (room service, housekeeping) is fast!

The breakfast buffet is very, very basic.

1- Good Location. 2- Reasonable prices. 3- Very Clean. 4- Professional Staff.

1-Very bad TV Channels. 2- There is no Kettle in rooms.

Location & room cleanness

Free internet in lobby only. No tea or coffee in the room. No news papers even in the lobby. Construction site right in front of the hotel. They tried to add room service bills to my room for things I didn't ask for and I refused to pay them.

Easy going staff and simple

No vacuming -no stock of slippers- no toilet ventilation-internet connection was impractical.

a little bit inside and outside racket, the jaquzi didnt work and i was tired didnt want to call someone to fix it during my stay. breakfast not served in room. short on the mini bar

I liked everything in general, and staff in particular. Cannot ask for more than this as it made my stay unforgettable.

There is nothing I did not like. However, I wish it was directly facing the see side.

Staff are friendly and helpful and kind, location is great with 2 minutes to the sea side and very close to main attractions in Beirut, rooms are very clean, the hotel was renovated recently so almost everything is brand new and clean.

Honestly the accommodation in this hotel was great. only small comment that they should refill the complimentary stuff every morning like Nescafe, coffe mate and water ;)

We want to thank Mr Morsel (O.M.), Nihal, Nada, Karim, Ali, Mostafa, Khaled and the whole great staff for making this vacation unforgettable. Great breakfast, great food in general. Very clean hotel. Close to the Rouche and to the Hamra street.

I have enjoyed my stay in Lancaster and I would love to do it agein and it's near to every thing

Reception / front desk was not cooperative at all (the 2 ladies only) when I had a problem in my ticket and when I asked about late check out as my fleight delayed from 12.30 pm to 8 pm they refused by a very rude way. While Moustafa is a very good person and cooperative. Ali and Khaled the 2 waiters are very good persons.

The ac some time not working for hours the room service they dont change the towels if u not ask the T.V. shutdown by it silf and the channel gone.

The location and the price are quite the best for a young traveler, the rooms are clean, comfortable and cosy. Most of the staff are nice, polite and helpful.

Some of the staff acts like they hate what they do, and just want you to get out of their face. But most of them are super nice. My booking via www.booking.com was not delivered to the hotel, but they were happy to provide me with a room as soon as possible or my trip was going to be very bad.

The Lancaster hotel was closed due to renovation so we stayed in the suite hotel with the same name 100 meters closer to the shore. The room was excellently equipped with kitchenette, had great sea view, and was kept very clean and tidy. Staff was very polite and helpful in arranging daytrips to -for instance- Baalbeck with a private driver. Overall the location is excellent, but to visit theHamraquarter you'll -propably- need a taxi. Taxidrivers in front of the hotel are very friendly!

Of course the owner can't help it, but the suite hotel is situated in front a Burger King play ground. During cocktailhours on your balcony you might experience an almost intolarable noice of shouting kids. Besides that the hotel is obviously focused on Middel East guests, no alcohol in the restaurant and no possiblity to see ec soccer champignonships on tv, with almost only arabic broadcasts. (Except for bbc and cnn)

The staff are not very understanding, and sometimes they disregard or mistrust women's opinions.

الهدوءوفطور الصباح والقرب من منطقه الروشه

فندق جدير بأن يجد فيه السائح كل مقومات الرفاهيه ووضع نقودك مقابل خدمه حقيقيه ووجدت فيه ألواحه والرفاه به والخدمه الممتازة فعلاً وان ذهبت الى بيروت ثانياً اكرر نزولي فيه بدون تردد لي ولأي احد من أقاربي او أصدقائي والموظفين فيه قمه في التعامل مع الزبون والخدمه الممتازة والطعام ايظاً لذيذ

فعلا فندق مريح للاقامه فيه و نظافة المكان رائعة تعامل جيد من الزبائن

لا يعجبنى انه ليس 5 نجوم رغم استحقاقه

لم يعجبني. الفندق نهائيا لا خدمات ولا مساحه الغرف ولا الخدمات

الاستجابة للخدمات المطلوبه عبر خدمة الغرف والاستقبال دون المستوى وبطيئه

في الحجز قالوا يحق لك المغادره المتخره ،ولكن بعد ماسكنت قالو يجب ان تغادر الساعه ١٢ ظهرا فقلت ولكن ليسى هذا الا تفاق فردو يجد زبون ثاتي فقلت هذي ليست مشكلتي انا اتفقت معكم على المغادره المتاخره الي ان رحلتي الساعه ٧مساءوبعد طول جدال قالو خلاص لك الى الساعه ٢ظهرا ولكن الاتفاق ٦م ولكن اعطوني حتى ٤م ولكن رفضوا وكان هذا مزعج جدآ لي
