Connecting rooms are the worst

Everything: the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful and the view is spectacular!

Very occasional lapses of the internet connection.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was great and very clean. The view was wonderful. I was pleased that I got the room that I booked online; that doesn't always happen. I also appreciated the free airport pick up.

Two recommendations: 1. Due to the design of the lobby, it would be incredibly easy for anyone to enter the hotel and make their way to any guest's room if the staff at the front was busy talking with a guest. This did not make me feel very safe. 2. The buffet was way overpriced and the food had been there for hours and looked disgusting. I left and got Burger King across the street.You may consider having a menu and having cooks prepare fresh food when people order.

We orderd 1 king size bed they give us 2 bed room and said this is what u book with v ugly way. Finally they keep 2 bed together which was v bad. It is so easy to hear other room guest voices. Staff some are good Some was so ugly

I spent five nights (13 - 17 March 2013) in this hotel. The service has completely improved in comparison with December 2012. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Thanks for the staff. They are very friendly indeed.

I paid one week for internet, and was charged one hour every time I log online.

I liked the location of the hotel and rooms. Rooms are clean. Particularly, a guy at the reception whose name is Muhammad was mostly friendly and helpful.

I did not like the way that internet is provided in the hotel. Several times, I paid for 24 hours access to the internet, but in many cases it is iterrupted and interrupted hours are not compensated. In addition, you do not have access to make phone calls from yoir room.

Super friendly staff, very good value for money, love the kitchenette concept not affecting at all the "hotel room feeling"
