Design of the hotel and rooms are nice. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly.
Bathrooms needs renovations. Too much soap was used on the floors by the cleaner which made the floor slippery.
Staff so friendly, which makes you feel at home.
the staff is very friendly the location is perfect the breakfast is vey good
the bathroom has salty water
I loved my stay at Lavender Hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would really recommend this hotel as a family hotel if you have kids. Tips : Hide your credit card from your wife when you are there. the whole area around the hotel is a shopping area.
Management and staffs make you feel at home Like like like .....
Improve breakfast please
Everything went well
Thanks for all services
Very Dirty Bad location Annoying Nasty Not suitable for families Old and dilapidated
Everything was perfect , felt like home
the reception officer he was so kind and professional .
the towels they were dirty, the room in general was not clean .
The location is very good!
Requested for an iron and ironing board from reception. It took more than one hour for it to be sent up. By that time I did not need it anymore. The power was constantly going on and off and the main reason was because the card key switch at the door was not working. Eventually I was moved to another room. I also felt the rooms were "tired". Furniture needs to be changed. Lots of cigarette burns on the sofas. There was also one day were the water run out in the room while I was having a shower. This was my third stay at the hotel because my previous two experiences were good. Unfortunately I will not be staying in this hotel again. The management definitely needs to take action and fix a lot of stuff in the hotel. Used to be a really nice place to stay, unfortunately this time wasn't good at all.
Bathroom is very small
Location and fair price with very friendly staff.
No welcome ! 1 user for wifi ! The perfume in the room ! No receiver for the Tv in the room !
I enjoyed my stay
Bath rooms were a little bit narrow.
Reception staff is very kindly, safely place and the good location near the down town.
The breakfast is very poor and need more improvement
The location is good . Majority of the staff are friendly :)
Towels, bed sheets are not clean. Bathroom needs to clean better .
I got upgraded to a suite
If the suite is in that shape, I wonder what the other rooms look like. The bed is terribly uncomfortable, the sheets, pillowcases and comforter were in terrible shape, low quality toilet paper, strange smell in the place. The rate is low but not as low as it should be
Good all round although my pillow has seen and smelt better days.
Clean, friendly staff. Got a better room as they had availability. Breakfast is ok, good quality, although options are rather limited.
Amenities are scarce. Towels were changed every day but housekeeping would leave only one towel. The bed cushions are not great, they should be replaced, as the linen. Found two cigarette burns in the sofa, that makes a difference in a quality place and just a place. They don't sell alcohol, I missed having a beer at the terrace.
the location and price are whats best about this place and the only thing that would make me reconsider it.
i didn't like the fact that the first two days the key to my room wasn't working and every time i wanted to enter the room i had to ask the front desk to send someone to open it for me. also the room service forgot to put floor towels the first three days and some better soundproofing is definitely required.
The location, room size , room facilities all the the previous was great
bed sheet, bed mattress, 1 pillow for each bed, bathroom towels all need renovation or replaced. The bathroom need maintenance and renovation
