Great staff. Very friendly
Very friendly staff & especially GM Hussien was very kind and supportive
Location. Flexible and cooperative Reception staff.
Staff were sometimes very slow getting our orders. House keeping comes very late afternoon around 5 PM. Food is very bad. Wifi requires a password that expires every 30 mins which was very annoying.

Professional Stuff Good location
cleanliness of beds and pillows
the only positive about this hotel is the location in hamra street
old bath rooms, old mattresses, looks very old hotel, not recommended at all
Great staff. Friendly
Breakfast was a joke. Not much variety. Coffee was cold. You had to wait a long time for them to replenish items. Terrible.
Loved my stay at the Lavender home. It was great to go back after a stressful day to a relaxing restful hotel. I really liked that it was directly across from the hamra street. If you do not manage to find parking, they had vallet that were fast and at no charge, just a tip each time. The rooms are comfy and clean. The room service and the staff were great, very very friendly and would assist you in any issue. I liked the breakfast. it was large, more than you can eat. I appreciate the ability to have some quiet down time at the restaurant they have. Their prices are incredibly reasonable too. I really look forward to staying there again!
Design of the hotel and rooms are nice. Location is excellent. Staff is friendly.
Bathrooms needs renovations. Too much soap was used on the floors by the cleaner which made the floor slippery.
Staff so friendly, which makes you feel at home.
the staff is very friendly the location is perfect the breakfast is vey good
the bathroom has salty water
I loved my stay at Lavender Hotel. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I would really recommend this hotel as a family hotel if you have kids. Tips : Hide your credit card from your wife when you are there. the whole area around the hotel is a shopping area.
Management and staffs make you feel at home Like like like .....
Improve breakfast please
Everything went well
Thanks for all services
Very Dirty Bad location Annoying Nasty Not suitable for families Old and dilapidated
Everything was perfect , felt like home
the reception officer he was so kind and professional .
the towels they were dirty, the room in general was not clean .
The location is very good!
Requested for an iron and ironing board from reception. It took more than one hour for it to be sent up. By that time I did not need it anymore. The power was constantly going on and off and the main reason was because the card key switch at the door was not working. Eventually I was moved to another room. I also felt the rooms were "tired". Furniture needs to be changed. Lots of cigarette burns on the sofas. There was also one day were the water run out in the room while I was having a shower. This was my third stay at the hotel because my previous two experiences were good. Unfortunately I will not be staying in this hotel again. The management definitely needs to take action and fix a lot of stuff in the hotel. Used to be a really nice place to stay, unfortunately this time wasn't good at all.
Bathroom is very small
