1-the location was great. 2-very modern designed. 3-they upgraded my room by them self to suit. 4-the stuff are highly professional. 5-rooms sizes are great. 6-nice pool. 1-the bed and pillows were very bad, actually i had backache because of them! 2-very small lobby. 3-breakfast should be included for such price.

Le Gray is a fabulously designed modern hotel in the downtown central district of Beirut very close to the Beirut Souks Shopping Mall which is full of designer shops. The hotel is very luxurious and comfortable, and the reception staff and concierge were excellent in making travel and dining arrangements for us.

Fantastic location in the heart of the city, you can walk everywhere. Excellent service, best concierge ever - they will help you with information, maps, bookings etc. a trendy boutique hotel with very well appointed rooms, we loved the bed, the bathroom and the coffee machine. Quite expensive.

We liked many things about Le Gray. Its excellent location in the central district of Beirut, within walking distance of pretty much everything. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff: they went beyond their normal call of duty to make you feel comfortable and relax. Finally, the hotel itself is great: size of the rooms, amenities, restaurants, bar, cigar lounge and pool all combined to make our stay there a very good experience. Prices are also reasonable when compared to other international destinations. No fancy pricing tricks which are too often encountered in those parts of the world. Nothing to mention, really. Our experience was spotless.

It is clean and new its front office staff are friendly and courtious. Location is very adequate the beds are horribly uncomfortable the staff at the outdoor caffe can do better if they wear a smile even if it is a fake one. It is a bit pricy for the servecis rendered.

A second-to-none location in Beirut, impeccable service and honestly in the top 3 best hotels in the country. The hotel is quiet, yet has a VERY vibrant bar/restaurant scene literally across the street. The pool is small but the view from it is stunning. Its not a major issue as the beaches are minutes away by car.

The upper part of the hotel with pool and cigar lounge. The overall amenities, rooms included. The value for money is absolutely shocking. It is very pricey for very poor service compared to an hotel of this standard. Same for the food, taxi (3times the price to go to the airport than if you order the cab yourself for instance). An absolute shocker. I ll make sure to tell anyone i know about this. Really not worth it!

Its a very nice hotel & feel of each room gives you comfort. Great choice of lounges & roof tops. Suggest to keep fruit basket in the rooms instead three individual apples. :-)
